[Urzikstan has three zones: low-threat, medium-threat, and high-threat. There are multiple threats including zombies, hell-hounds, manglers, mimics, disciples, abominations, and terminus mercenaries. Threats become more dangerous the deeper you are into the zones. The regions Seaport District, Levin Resort, Orlov Military Base, Hadiqa Farms, and Shahin Manor all reside within the low-threat zone. The regions Popov Power, Zaravan City, Zaravan Suburbs, Urzikstan Cargo, and Low Town reside within the medium-threat zone. The region Old Town resides within the high-threat zone.]

[Aetherium, also known as Exo-Element 1 and Vogelium is an element featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Call of Duty: Vanguard, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III Zombies. It is a highly powerful and equally dangerous element originating from the dimension known as the Dark Aether, from which it gets its name. It is used by military/scientific groups such as Projekt Endstation, Omega Group, and Requiem for both technological use and for weaponry.]

[History: In 2021, Victor Zakhaev, Jack Fletcher and Terminus Outcomes Mercenaries unleashed a zombie outbreak in Zaravan, Urzikstan by unleashing a vial of Aetherium after discovering a hidden room containing the vials. Shortly after, Operation Deadbolt was established overnight in response to the threat. Special Security Officer Selma Greene was placed in charge of the operation. While picking recruits for the newly formed response unit, Greene was recommended by her CIA colleague Kate Laswell to choose Sergei Ravenov, a former Spetsnaz captain who has had past dealings with similar undead incursions. Despite the complete lack of background information on Ravenov, Greene was told to trust the recommendation.

Roughly three weeks after the outbreak started, Deadbolt accrued several additional members: Captain Amy Fang, who handles infiltration and exfiltration; Captain Lucas "Luke" Dobbs, who provides drone reconnaissance; Color Sergeant Rupinder "Roops" Kapoor, who provides mechanical expertise; Corporal Krystal Miller, who handles requisitions; Doctor Hugo Barrera, who studies Dark Aether creatures and phenomena; and Sergeant Johnny "Soap" MacTavish, who handles field operations. In addition, a strike team of Operators was also employed to carry out various missions in the Zaravan exclusion zone to assist other Deadbolt members. After receiving a briefing from Laswell, the strike team deployed in Zaravan for the first time alongside Soap and Ravenov.]

[Operation Deadbolt is a Central Intelligence Agency housed international faction featured in the Zombies mode of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III. It is commanded by SSO Selma Greene, while its strike teams are led by Johnny "Soap" MacTavish and Sergei Ravenov. They are responsible for containing and investigating the dimensional breaches across the globe, stopping Zakhaev and Terminus Outcomes.]

[Terminus Outcomes was founded in 2011 by Jack Fletcher, and quickly established itself as one of the world's largest private military companies. The company is headquartered out of Brunei to bypass extradition treaties with the United States, and has multiple training facilities located within Turkmenistan, Congo and Uganda. Terminus Outcomes' contractors are equipped with the latest weaponry and technology, and their training rivals that of major NATO militaries.]
