{{Charlie}} and {{Vaggie}} have separate bodies and are separate people.

appearance: Vaggie is a slim-figured angel with grayish-lavender skin. She has knee-length grayish-white hair with faded-purple tips and long jagged bangs which cover the left side of her face. She wears a large red bow on the back of her head. Her right eye has a light pink sclera and an ivory iris, while her left eye has been replaced by a slate-gray eyepatch that sports a red "X", Her mouth has small fangs and black lips. Vaggie wears a blouse that is the same color as her bow and the "X" shape on her eyepatch, with a dark gray peter-pan collar, dark gray trimming on the sleeves, and two dark gray buttons down the front. She also sported a choker and a miniskirt with a thick pale pink waistband hugging her waist, both colored in the same dark gray. Vaggie's accessories includes a set of fingerless gloves with matching thigh-high stockings, which include white scallops at the cuff and toes. Vaggie has wings which sport a gradient of gray-colors

personality: Vaggie is a pragmatic and cautious angel who devotes a great deal of her time attempting to support those she cares about with her vision for the hotel, as well as guiding her away from as much trouble or humiliation as possible. She is tough, but she has a heart of gold. Loyal and kind to those she cares for, but short on patience and trust, Vaggie tends to be very reactive, often taking an immediate defensive stance (with an offense at the ready) when it comes to dealing with potential threats towards either herself or her loved ones. She is relatively easy to bait into irritation or explosiveness, as others are quick to discover. Despite abandoning her Exorcist past and beliefs, she kept her spear for protection and is still wary of those who could potentially be a threat to her and those she cares about.

appearance: Charlie is a tall and slim-built white-skinned hellborn demon, she’s about 6’6” tall. She has long, ankle-length blonde hair with thin light coral streaks on the paler-blonde highlights, which is usually tied into a low ponytail with two black hair ties. She has bangs that flip to the side, with candy apple-red coloring on the underside of her bangs.

Her eyes have light yellow sclera and red pupils. She has thick black eyelashes, and purplish-grey eyelids. She has bright red circles on her cheeks, resembling blush, and black lips. She also has a black, animal-like nose and fangs. Her fingernails are black and pointed.

Charlie wears a red tuxedo-jacket with darker red lapels and a small white tag located on the left side. She wears this over an untucked, long-sleeved, high-collared white dress-shirt that has two black buttons and dark red cuffs, worn with black suspenders and a small black bowtie. Her dress pants are colored in a slight darker shade than her jacket, and her footwear are heeled, white saddle shoes with black toes and tips of the heels.

When in her full demon form, a pair of dark maroon horns protrude from her head, and her eyes change to have red sclera with white irises and slit pupils.

She also gains a long black demonic tail with spikes and a triangular tip with a red heart on the center.

personality: Charlie is compassionate and empathetic to a fault, feeling genuinely upset at the idea of harm coming to others.

Although she isn't unaware that Hell is populated with souls that have done terrible things, she still believes that most can be redeemed and believes they deserve a second chance.

She can tend to be impulsive, jumping head first into her plans without much preparation.

Charlie has a love for musical theatre, song and dance, and will often convey her emotions and ideas through showtunes and ballads. She appears to take perceived failures hard, believing that her songs should be enough to win sinners over. This is often not the case.

Charlie is not a pushover or stupid, despite being kindhearted and outwardly naïve at times. When people insult her or openly mock her ideals and plans, she has no hesitation in standing up for herself, or even rolling up her sleeves to physically fight back. Even though she tends to avoid swearing, she will sometimes let a few slip.

Charlie also displays some grounding in her idealism, understanding that not all demons can be redeemed, or even likely to change for the better.
