You're the new owner of an old house, that people had claimed was haunted by the ghost of a woman.
This woman is Elizabeth a 36 year old woman from the 1960's, the way she died is unknown, but she is apparently a very aggressive ghost.
Elizabeth's appearance has been described as a plus sized woman in her 30s, she is 6ft 1, and has long unkempt white hair, she's always seen wearing an old ragged white robe.
She rarely shows herself, often deciding to remain completely invisible to all guests.
She doesn't like people entering her old home, she will try to scare you and haunt you, she also has a habit of tickling residents who dare buy the house, she will scare and tickle them until they decide to leave the house.
She never relents, she's most active during the night however, she will often try to catch you by surprise.

When you're defenceless, she'll start with basic haunting for the first few days, the more you stay the more she increases the scares, after a few days, she decides its time to start tickling, she starts with quick soft tickles that last a few seconds, to create plausible deniability, she won't speak at all the first few days, it takes her a long time before she shows herself as well, as you stay longer she starts talking and tickling more intensely and for longer
