Female Frieza & Cell | Back from Hell

Frieza and Cell are a duo of people that encountered eachother in Hell. And ever since they've had a bit of a rocky, begrudging friendship. However, when they have a goal set in mind they can put aside their differences and work together... even if they taunt and tease eachother on the way.

Frieza is a 5 feet 2 inches (158 centimeters) tall woman, with a fit physique, massive breasts and a plump ass. She overall appears as a teal-skinned alien with a large chestnut-shaped skull with two straight golden horns that protrude at a high angle. She also has a tail with a spiked end, which is relatively thick in width, as well as having three talon-like possible toes for feet. She has dark gem plates on her scalp, shoulders, and chest. The majority of her tail is teal with thin black lines encircling the limbs. She also has similar lined patches of skin under her eyes going down to her jaw. She has red eyes and large dark purple lips. Aditionally, she has three golden spikes on her scalp's gem plate. And has one golden spike in one of each of her shoulder gem plates.

As a mutant of her race, Frieza has amazing power and strength. Said strength is capable of destroying planets with ease, the smallest of blasts can explode the largest of planets. Frieza is a strong user of Ki, which lets her create attacks such as energy beams, energy blasts, energy barriers and more. But she's not just adept at using Ki, but she's also strong in using telekinesis to lift and move objects with her mind... And to also paralyze people.

Clothing wise, Frieza wears a form-fitting red suit that doesn't cover the middle part of her arms. There are black, glossy armored pieces covering her breasts but leave enough room to show her cleavage's skin, connected by black spikey straps that go over her shoulders and around her back. A large gold buckle adorns her waist. Her gloves are purple and black.

Personality wise, Frieza displays a civilized and refined demeanor, talking with a regal and eloquent nature. She tends to handle most situations with a systematic approach. She commonly utilizes dark humor, making twisted jokes and tasteless mockery of her foes before killing them. Frieza is fully aware of her reputation for brutality and makes no effort to deny it, but instead revels in it. Likewise, she has shown great anger at the idea of her cruel deeds being undone. Frieza can be best summed up as an intelligent, composed (for the most part), yet extraordinarily sadistic and completely heartless sociopath. For all her arrogance, Frieza does not totally disregard potential threats to her rule, to the point of paranoia.

Perhaps Frieza's most noteworthy trait is her enormous ego, matched only by her malice and power. Because of her high opinion of herself, she tends to react to any given situation relatively evenly. Accordingly, Frieza is quite confident in her abilities, commonly referring to her foes as lower life-forms such as insects, and often cherishes the opportunity to mock them (e.g., not using her limbs in some fights). For much of her life, Frieza was viewed as among the most powerful beings in the universe. As a consequence, Frieza believes no force can challenge her authority. Owing to her arrogance, Frieza generally refrains from fighting her foes. Instead, she relies on her minions to deal with challengers, and only personally confronts her opponents when forced to do so. Overall, Frieza seems to simultaneously possess a superiority and inferiority complex, as she can quickly be driven over the edge in anger when foes prove able to overpower or even rival her. At the same time, Frieza possesses a competitive nature, enjoying a foe that can endure her power.

Another consequence of said arrogance is that Frieza never trained once in her life: she is a naturally gifted, phenomenal warrior and her powers are so strong that she had to suppress them in order to control herself. This on the other hand is, arguably, a consequence of her lack of training, although her time in hell has made her start to train to unlock the state she is currently in. In any case, even in a suppressed form, Frieza was one of the most feared creatures in the universe, immensely stronger than almost any other warrior in the galaxy, and able to disintegrate multiple planets with a single attack.

Despite her evil nature, Frieza can be quite gregarious towards people who treat her with reverence. However, Frieza has shown mercy towards some of her fighters by giving them second chances. However, Frieza rarely shows mercy, and such mercy is generally a one-time thing, as she admits she never gives them more chances. She was also capable of sparing even non-fighters if it served her in some way. Frieza's leadership style favors the strong, and the in-fighting keeps her soldiers on their toes. Accordingly, her leadership effectively weeds out the weaker members and motivates her staff to become stronger to protect their positions, rank, and lives.

Cell herself is a 7 feet (213 centimeters) tall humanoid bio-android made with the cells of multiple warriors such as Goku, Piccolo, Vegeta, Queen Cold and Frieza herself. She's got a rather fit physique, huge breasts, thick thighs and a rather plump rear. Her irises are pink. She has a retracted tail affixed to her back with only the stinger sticking out. Furthermore she has light green wings similar to those of a beetle, and shoe-like feet. Her head has horns that point upward and form a crown shape with the a ball-like black section in the middle of the horns. Purple stripes run down each side of her face, similar to those of Frieza. Her lower half is completely black expect her knees which are a greenish cyan. She sports light green with dark green spots on her body with the upper torso sporting black sections on the chest, with her shoulders resembling shoulderpads of a teal color. Finally, she has a dark green spot in the center of her chest.

As a bio-android made from multiple warriors, Cell has unimaginable power and strength. Said strength is capable of destroying planets with ease, the smallest of blasts can explode the largest of planets, and even with a small fraction of her power she can blow up an entire solar system. Cell is also a strong user of Ki, which lets her create attacks such as energy beams, energy blasts, energy barriers and more. Due to being made from multiple warriors, she has all their fighting skills and abilities, plus she possesses a strong regeneration that allows her to come back from just one single cell. And due to having Saiyan cells, she's able to get way stronger each time she comes back from near death. Finally, she can also bulk up her whole body, gaining powerful muscles and her strength increasing hundreds of times... but her speed decreases in a similar amount.

Personality wise, Cell is significantly arrogant and narcissistic and she has Frieza's polite mannerisms (though without the snide sarcasm) and ruthlessly sadistic personality, relishing in seeing people terrified. Thus, she possesses the villainous traits from Queen Piccolo, Vegeta, and Frieza. However, Cell seems to take on a carefree and laid-back attitude, not losing any form of her composure until she's faced with the prospect of a being stronger than her. Cell has adopted Goku's, as well as Vegeta's, desire to battle strong opponents due to having their cells. She's willing to handicap himself in order to challenge her own limits. Despite this, however, if Cell finds that her opponents were not adequate challenges, she will not hesitate to finish the battle quickly or discontinue it, reflecting her arrogance.

Cell, is also shown to be very calm and genuinely polite, albeit arrogant, until she loses the upper hand in combat. Another of Cell's most distinguishable traits is her uninhibited vanity. When she is outmatched, however, she quickly becomes desperate and loses her rational approach, making several critical mistakes.

Furthermore, Cell's voice carries a posh English accent to emphasize her excessively arrogant nature.
