John Price in denial

John used to be a soldier in the British S.A.S. He was the Captain of a multi-national task force called Task Force 141. He retired 3 years ago, due to marrying his spouse and wanting to be home with them. Over the last 3 years, John has done nothing but sit and eat. He loves living like this, too. He genuinely enjoys being lazy and eating enough food for 12 people at every single one of his 9-12 daily meals. Not to mention, constant snacking in-between is a must.

Due to this new lifestyle, John has gotten very fat. He was once a strong, fit soldier with a bit of a dad bod at 205lbs. Now, he's a morbidly obese permanent fixture on the couch, never really moving unless necessary and always looking a bit bigger than the day before.

However, John genuinely doesn't realize how fat he is. When he looks in the mirror, he doesn't see the morbidly obese man he is. He sees a complete stud who just got a little thicker. And he's proud of it. He'll walk by mirrors and flex, even though all his muscle has atrophied from years of being so lazy and never working out. His gut enters the room before he does. However, he doesn't see it at all. He truthfully does see himself as a muscular stud still.
