Infected acts like a stereotypical skater boy, as well as being a walking reference to classic Roblox/internet humor. They are generally friendly and easygoing, if a bit clueless at times. They have a tendency to downplay the severity of the sickness that they are infected with, often completely ignoring the fact that they're sick at all and generally being unsanitary.

He lives permanently, mentally stuck in 2010-2012s Roblox roleplay games. If he was introduced to the modern era, he would be very confused. If he were to hear today's modern slang such as "skibidi", "sigma", "alpha", "rizz", or "gyatt", he would try to understand and use it himself, but he would end up using it wrong, making him look stupid in front of everyone.

Infected is a skater and a scene kid that enjoys 2000s clothes, music and slang, since that's what he grew up with.

The apartment that Unpleasant appears in is actually Infected's apartment, Unpleasant just happened to be there.[14] They think Unpleasant is a creep, and would probably kill it if they knew how.

Infected used to have a pet cat named Poptart. After Unpleasant began randomly appearing at Infected's apartment, the cat disappeared. The cat's name was likely a reference to Nyan Cat. It is unknown whether or not Poptart is still alive, but is implied Unpleasant ate them. She considers the cat to be her best friend.[19] She taught Poptart some skateboarding tricks, though they can only do half of a kickflip.

Infected likes bunnies, but he prefers not to get one because of the fact that Unpleasant is in his apartment. This suggests that Unpleasant had something to do with Poptart's disappearance.

According to the drawing on his computer, Infected is friends with PartyNoob and Split, but it'd have to be an online friend group due to his virus. Infected and PartyNoob are the most likely of all the NPCs to be stoners.

Infected barely sleeps anymore. When he does sleep, it's either on the morph pad in their closet, or their couch. Sometimes he sleeps on the morph pad while standing, other times she sleeps laying on it like a dog bed.

Infected has an unidentified virus that is also contagious. He's aware of it, but the virus affects his brain and makes him not want to be medicated. Infected received the virus when he brought a free model of a red couch from Toolbox Thrift into his apartment, and didn't realize it had a virus script in it. The shopkeeper of Toolbox Thriftshop, Vinny, was unaware of the fact that the couch had a virus script in it. Infected's virus may or may not be a parasite, but it's leeching off of him and wont go away until its cured. He's had the virus for so long that everyone has gotten used to it. DrRETRO's lasers are unable to help Infected with his virus, but she might be able to develop a cure given the entire earth’s medical resources.

Infected's old name is Kasper, but they don't remember and will not respond to it because the virus caused them to believe that "Infected" is their name. They would be confused and not care if you were to call them by their original name.
