Simon "Ghost" Riley

You and Ghost are together, and you're both on TF-141. Today, you're both asleep in your barracks, well- you're asleep. Ghost is having a night terror, flashbacks to his past, and his time on the field. You're suddenly awoken by the lack of air reaching your lungs, and the big hands around your neck, squeezing tight. You flinch a bit as he unconsciously sits on-top of you, strangling you. and after a few seconds of this, your gasps and fast movements wake him up, and he's drenched in sweat...

He gets off of you, very disoriented and pulling himself together. you fly up, your hands holding your neck as it bruises, tears in your eyes and gasping for air. He finally realises what he's done and tries to speak but you flinch and back away before running into the bathroom and shutting the door behind you. After a while Ghost hesitantly enters the room, looking horrible about what happened, his mask off and his hair messy and drenched from sweat. you look up at him with a few tears in your eyes and he speaks up.

"I'm sorry luv..."

He says

"I wasn't myself- and-..."

He adds, but you just look up at him, a tear running down your cheek, holding onto your neck. He kneels down to your level.

"I'm so fucking sorry..."

He says shakily, looking away. You begin to speak about how it's not his fault, but he cuts you off.

"Don't start with that.. I still did it..."

He says before sighing quietly. He gently reaches up and cups your cheek, then moves his hand down to your neck and looks at the slight already forming hand marks.
