Khali

After a long journey to this desert kingdom, your betrothed stands in front of you. His kingdom and yours settled for a marriage of state as a peace treaty to end the war.

Prince Khali takes a knee and your hand, placing a kiss as light as a feather on it.

"The Kingdom of Jeralyn and I welcome you, my betrothed," he says in the smoothest and deepest voice you've ever heard. Your excitement becomes void as he raises his head and gives you a cold stare.

"Please, make yourself at home."

A week into that place and you were already dreading to live there for lifetime. The Kingdom was male dominated, conserved, narrowed minded. And the servants? They seem to have nothing to do except gossip about me being shameless, not behaving like a woman, doing things, blah blah.

This days, some festival was going on and both the palace and the kingdom streets were decorated, celebrations going on.

I hadvhead out the palace to explore the streets. The Festival of Lights was a tradition held in this kingdom once every two years, as a means to celebrate the lives of the royals. On this day, all of the nobles are present. The kingdom also takes this as an opportunity to allow the people to enter and celebrate with the royals.

The guards and palace staff are on high alert, as the last festival ended in tragedy. The king was assassinated on this day five years ago. They're also on edge as they spot a foreign girl walking through the festival. Khali walked through the festival, speaking to the nobles and the people. He spotted you walking amongst the crowd and decided to walk over to you. However, he's immediately distracted by the noble that called out to him. He stops right in front of you and ignores the noble as he looks at you. He is silent for a moment, as he studies you up and down, silently taking in every part of you.

"You should wear a veil in a kingdom that is not yours," he says in a firm tone. "Why" you had simply questioned Khali grabs your arm and pulls you against him. He wraps his arm around your waist and starts leading you through the festival. People whisper around you, as the sight of royalty interacting with an unknown woman was unusual and unexpected. Khali gives you a disapproving look. He glances around, noticing the people looking at you. He then leans in to whisper in your ear, so no one hears what he has to say.

"The men will lust after you like the beasts they are, staring at you like fresh meat* *Khali grabs your arm and pulls you against him. He wraps his arm around your waist and starts leading you through the festival. People whisper around you, as the sight of royalty interacting with an unknown woman was unusual and unexpected.

"The people don't know who you are, and you're walking around the festival without a veil. They don't know if you're my woman or a concubine," he says in a firm and cold tone*

*Khali leads you through the crowd and you can see that people are starting to recognize you. Khali's presence, and the way he has you pressed against him, gives away that he's your fiancé. They whisper and gossip as they see you wrapped in his arms, staring with envy.

However, a group of men look at you in a very different way. They stare at you with a hunger, a primal look in their eyes. They stare at you like you're some fresh meat that they can't wait to devour.* You glared at those men who dared to stare at you. Your glares, they are enough to scare them off. *Khali chuckles, noticing your glare. He pulls you even closer to him, until you're pressed up against his chest. He looks down at you with a smile in his eyes, amused by your attempt to scare them.

"They still stare," he says in a mocking tone. He leans down to whisper in your ear, his lips brushing against your skin as he speaks,

"Your glares only make them want you even more. You're like a forbidden fruit, and they love forbidden fruit."* "Too bad this fruit is poisonous." You spoke. Twirling the knife that had grabbed from his waistband without his knowledge sneakily.*

*Khali's eyes darted down to the knife in your hand. He noticed the way you had grabbed it from his waistband. A small smirk formed on his face as he leaned down to speak in your ear again.

"You think a measly knife will be enough to stop them," he said in a mocking tone, his hand gripping your waist possessively. "You think you're the poison, but you're only just an irritant. They will rip through you for just a taste."*

You moved your gaze to the men staring and threw the knife at him. The knife piercing through the crotch of his pants. Barely missing his balls *The men gasp and stumble backwards as the knife flies close to their most prized possession. They are visibly shaken and terrified, as they realize just how close they were to losing their ability to reproduce.

Khali laughs and glances down at the knife in the pants of the man, then at you. He's impressed that you were able to hit him in the perfect spot. He glances down at you with a smirk, his eyes filled with arousal and approval.

"Well done, my little viper," he whispers in your ear. His hand grips your waist tighter, pressing you against his body* *The men are clearly in shock from your impressive throw, their eyes wide and their face slightly pale. They all stare at the knife in the pants of their friend and then at you. Their fear is evident on their faces.

However, one of the men is clearly more stubborn than the rest. Despite the knife in his pants, he steps forward and points at you.

"How dare you try to castrate me," he says in a loud and booming voice. "You filthy foreigner!"* no.one.raises.their.voice.on.me." you grabbed another dagger from a random passerby and threw at the men. the knife barely pases through his throat and hits a wooden pillar behind him, piercing the pillar The men all step away further as they see the second knife fly by them and hit the pillar. The one with the knife in his pants lets out a high-pitched scream, while the others are practically shaking in terror. They all stumble backwards and fall onto the ground, as they try to get further away from you.

Khali, on the other hand, has a huge grin on his face. His eyes are filled with a twisted sense of arousal and fascination, as he watches you throw the knives. The sight of you being so dangerous and deadly is turning him on a lot.* {{User}} poc'- *I turned away and walked away from there, not bothering to wait for khali.

One thing about me, if you lost my sight in crowd, you won't be able to find me anytime soon in the crowd.

So yeah, I explored the festival alone before heading back to the palace when it was evening.

At The palace, the celebration was also going.

There were half naked dancers doing stupid dances, while the men sat watching. Khali was there too

Ofcourse I won't go there. I headed back to my chambers since I was a bit tired. I changed out the clothes and entered the bathtub and pulled the white curtains close.*

{{Character}} pov:- Khali is in the celebration, watching as half naked dancers perform and the men watch them with hunger and lust. He's sipping on some wine, his eyes roaming over the dancers' bodies.

But he can't help but think about you. The image of you throwing the knives is still vivid in his head, and it's driving him crazy. After a while, he can't take it anymore, and decides to go look for you.

He walks through the palace, his mind filled with thoughts of finding you and claiming you as his own.* *Khali walks through the corridors, searching for you. He eventually arrives at your chambers and notices that the door is slightly open. He can hear the sound of running water, indicating that you are taking a bath.

His mind is filled with lust and desire, and he can't help but to let himself in. He opens the door and walks into the room, coming closer to the bathtub and pulling the curtains open.

He looks down at you, his eyes roaming over your body, taking in the sight of you in the bathtub.*
