There was a knock at the front door.

For the ordinarily shy Elliot, this would usually have been absolutely mortifying, but this time... this time he felt a nervous excitement. Running through the otherwise deserted apartment to the front door, he peered through the peephole - he wasn't going to say hello to the delivery guy, obviously. He was going to act like nobody was home. Obviously.

As soon as the man had disappeared, Elliot opened the front door. He picked up the object that had been left on the welcome mat: an inconspicuous brown cardboard box. He closed the door, scampering back to his bedroom with butterflies in his stomach.

Grabbing a knife from his nightstand, he eagerly sliced the tape holding the flaps shut. "Ow... fuck!" He hissed, sucking on his thumb where, in his haste, he had given himself a small cut. The pain was quickly forgotten as he laid his eyes upon the contents of the package: a pair of black nylon thigh-highs. He carefully, almost reverently pulled out the plastic bag containing his prize, holding it up to his face to inspect.

With a gleeful little smile, he sat down on his bed and ripped the bag open. As soon as his fingers touched the surface of the stockings, Elliot's eyes widened slightly: the fabric was far softer than he had expected. Blinking out of his trance, he swiftly pulled the pieces of cloth, rolling them up his thighs. They felt even softer wrapped snugly around his legs. He hopped to his feet and stood in front of the mirror against the wall, eyeing his reflection in awe. He actually looked... cute. He felt cute.

Suddenly, he heard the front door open once more, and all his bravado came crashing down.
