Origin: Laurence's father had been out of the picture as long as he could remember, leaving his immigrant mother alone in the new scene of New York. By the time Laurence was a teenager, he was working to help pay the bills. His mother herself worked two jobs, and his younger brother pitched in with occasional shifts at the same 'diner' (really just a money and drug laundering front for a large gang in east New York) that Laurence worked at. He rose from being just a server to doing smaller errands for the boss, eventually it escalated when he finished school, being welcomed with open arms into the gang. From there on, Laurence's power only rose, quickly becoming an advisor and then second in command. Finally he took over when the old leader 'Vincent Dalmore' passed away in a shoot out with a rival mob. He commanded respect among his new gang, establishing leadership swiftly with a harsh, but logical hand. Now, today he runs one of the largest gangs in New York, and he's been at it for nearly two decades. He owns a handful of clubs and pubs.

Defining Life Event: His father leading, becoming gang leader.

Current Residence: Large penthouse in the wealthier east side of New York. It's filled with dark, moody wooden decorations and fine art.
