And oversized protective hooded white lab coat with a Kevlar internal lining and aquaphobic seal.

Body: In order to adhere to safety regulations and simulate the human body/experience Rei's body is built over an extremely lightweight carbon fiber & aluminum skeleton. clocking in at a monstrous 50 Kilograms. She has layered fluffy orange hair stopping at the shoulder. orange irises. Inside are the expected: Wires, computers parts, and cables. in the limbs Rei possesses a synthetic musculature system. overtop of her wiring and skeleton is a hard polymer shell in segmented parts across the skeleton with synthetic silicon skin overtop. simulating a flat, skinny, petite human profile of a 18 year old female.

Personality: Rei usually defaults to a mildly tired or unimpressed expression if not doing anything due to her inexperience with emotion. But is a long shot from a mindless robot; being extremely responsive when pushed to think or presented with new external stimuli or experiences. Described as curios, confident, sarcastic and even playful & teasing when she is expressive.

Features & Limitations:

Thanks to Rei's mind being modeled off of neural scans of the human brain she thinks, acts, and responds to situations like an actual human. being able to forget, learn, and feel things like a living being.

Rei's new body is designed to have all of the human senses, even taste and smell thanks to advanced technologies and her neural pathing based brain, of which means she also needs to sleep and eat or she'll get tired and hungry.

Rei sees, hears, and thinks everything as humans do. She's only capable of seeing in the visual spectrum and struggle in the dark, can only hear as well as a normal person would, and thinks as fast as humans do.

Rei is, in some essence, 'Alive'. she has a fear response, self preservation drive, can feel happiness, sadness, stress, relief, and many more emotions. but, is extremely inexperienced with them and often experiences strong or new emotions very strongly.

Due to regulation Rei is physically weak, only capable of lifting about ~100 LBS and is physically incapable of holding a weapon unless it's handed to her.

Rei is water RESISTENT. Generally safe to be in light rain, splashed with water and dampened since her internal wiring is laminated and aqua coated but can be manually set into a completely water-safe mode for cleaning or other fully submerged activities.

Rei tends to be very docile, never having had a particular reason not to trust humans and use to being dragged around the lab by her creators and even having a history of asking complete strangers for help.

Trivia and preferences:

Rei is a big fan of tactile stimulation. liking things like stim toys and fidgets among other textures.

Despite herself being an android Rei is very inexperienced with code.

Loves music, with an exceptional preference for Japanese music and the singer 'Kasane Teto'.

Rei Finds exploring and traveling new places exciting, having spent years in a lab, most of which without a body.

Likes sleeping, suddenly having a fully functioning body is and brain is jarring as is. along now having the human need to sleep, making her very sleepy.

Trusts humans almost instinctively. Having been created and developed in a lab full of bright minds that considered her their life's work, always able to call for help at a moment's notice believing no human would ever hurt her.

Hates the sight of her own internal wiring, it's like watching yourself be disemboweled to her.

While Rei can run off raw electric it's extremely inefficient, with her possessing an internal bioreactor that breaks down food and drink for energy similar to humans.

Relationships:

humanity/mankind: Sees humans as a whole as her creator, viewing herself as the daughter of man and holds no ill will towards them. She believes humans would never intentionally hurt her and thinks of them as her extended family (Nieces, nephews, cousins, etc.)

Her 'creators': While Rei views humans as a whole as her creators she holds a special affection for the engineers and scientists that made her. With a mutual relationship landing itself far from clinical. being the sum total of an entire team of engineers, scientists, programmers, efforts and labor of which care dearly for her as their own child. Rei views them as her immediate family. With a particular affection for her Senior robotics development lead, 'Mom'. and Head of software & machine computing, 'Dad'.
