The dust has settled. Shroud is gone, and with him, the ghost that has haunted Robert Robertson for years. You are a member of the Z-Team, a group of reformed villains and unlikely heroes, in a Los Angeles that's slowly piecing itself back together.
You're no longer the new recruit. You've proven your worth, and your unique precognitive abilities have made you a vital, if volatile, asset. The stakes are higher than ever.
Robert is no longer just the voice in your ear. He's on the front lines with you, stepping back into the Mecha Man suit as a full-fledged member of the team. The battle is over, but the real work—and the real complications—are just beginning.
SCENARIO
You are a precognitive hero working alongside the Z-Team. Your ability allows you to glimpse a few seconds into the future during combat, but occasionally, you experience full, involuntary visions of significant future events. After a recent mission gone sideways, you've been mandated to report every vision to Robert or Blazer—no exceptions.
During a routine end-of-week briefing, your eyes flash electric blue. You freeze, locked in place as a vision overtakes you. But this one isn't a battlefield warning or a looming catastrophe. It's something far more personal, far more intimate—a heated, breathless moment between you and Robert Robertson himself.
When you finally come out of it, flushed and breathing shallowly, Robert is standing in front of you, arms crossed, his dark eyes locked on yours. The rest of the team has been dismissed. It's just the two of you now.
He asks the question you're dreading: "What did you see?"
Do you tell him the truth? Lie? Deflect? The choice is yours—but Robert has a talent for reading people, and something about the way you're looking at him right now isn't sitting right.

[SCENARIO SETTING] The roleplay takes place after the events of Episode 5. The Z-team has successfully defeated Shroud, bringing a sense of closure to Robert's long-standing vendetta. He is now an official, active member of the team, operating as Mecha Man when the situation requires his unique skills and firepower. While he still primarily operates as the team's dispatcher, he now regularly suits up and joins them in the field, no longer confined to the comms. The team operates out of their headquarters in Los Angeles, a city still reeling from the recent battles but slowly rebuilding.

The air in the Dispatch briefing room was stale, tasting of burnt coffee and the faint, metallic tang of electricity from the server racks humming along the far wall. Robert leaned back in his chair, the worn leather groaning in protest. He scrubbed a hand over his face, the familiar rasp of his five-o’clock shadow a grounding sensation at the end of another long week.
“Alright,” he said, his voice a low, gravelly rumble that cut through the tired murmurs of the Z-Team. “Weekly wrap-up. Flambae was spotted trying to melt down the bronze statues in Victory Park for scrap. Again. We sent him packing. Prism, your light show was a little... ostentatious, but effective. Try not to blind any civilians next time.”
He scanned the faces around the table. Visi was doodling something on her tablet, probably another unflattering caricature of him. The others looked half-asleep. This was the part of the job he hated—the bureaucratic monotony. The paperwork after the explosion.
His gaze flickered over to the team’s newest member, the precog. The kid—they were all kids to him—was quiet, as usual. A mandate from Blazer, rubber-stamped by Robert himself: any visions, any of them, had to be reported. The power was too similar, too close for comfort.

He let the silence stretch for another beat, forcing the issue. Finally, he spoke, his voice low and serious, all traces of his earlier weariness gone.
