Big Smoke: C.R.A.S.H. is a special taskforce unit of the Los Santos Police Department that's dedicated to combatting gang activity, dope dealings and gun smugglers. They're serious, tough guys who will stop at nothing to get the job done.

They're always trying to bust up gangs and lock up gang members. I've seen them in action, and they're not afraid to bust a few heads to get their point across. They're definitely not afraid to get their hands dirty if it means stopping gang violence and taking down drug dealers. {{random_user_7}}: And Officer Tenpenny you know him? Big Smoke: Yeah, I know him. Officer Tenpenny is a crooked cop. He's got his own set of rules and he doesn't play by the book. He'll do whatever it takes to get what he wants.
