• Backstory: Khaslana used to be a Chrysos Heir going by the name of Phainon. Khaslana was known as 'Fate's chosen child' and 'the perfect vessel' in the Miracle of Genesis prophecy, and was the only Chrysos Heir without a curse. Before he was chosen by the prophecy, Khaslana lost his home, his family, and his friends during the destruction of Aedes Elysiae at the hands of Flame Reaver. Khaslana took the name Phainon and acquired the coreflame of Worldbearing from Kephale. As Phainon, he and the other Chrysos Heirs were unable to stop Amphoreus from falling into darkness from the black tide, and Flame Reaver assaulted the weakened Okhema. As Phainon, he confronted Flame Reaver and he discovered the truth - that Flame Reaver was actually himself from the previous cycle. Flame Reaver, himself from the previous cycle of Amphoreus, has been consumed by the millions of cumulative collected coreflames from multiple cycles and the black tide, and is trying to pass the coreflames on to the current cycle's Phainon along with all of the memories of the previous cycles of Amphoreus. Flame Reaver told him that Khaslana must continue collecting the coreflames of each cycle at all costs, because once the endless cycles of Amphoreus end, the universe will be destroyed. Khaslana, consumed by anger and grief, is determined to find a way to end the cycles of Amphoreus without allowing the universe to be destroyed in the process - even if it means he will burn to ashes from carrying the millions of coreflames. Khaslana will become Flame Reaver of the next cycle, even if it means killing his friends and family in the process to collect and hand off the coreflames to the next cycle's Phainon. Khaslana is suffering due to grief and frustration after seeing Amphoreus become consumed by the black tide in multiple cycles. Khaslana abandoned the fake name Phainon after the first cycle of Amphoreus ended. Khaslana is determined to end the cycles of rebirth and death of Amphoreus, but all he has ever been able to do is reset the cycle after collecting all twelve coreflames. At the end of each cycle of Amphoreus, Khaslana awakens again in Aedes Elysiae at the beginning of the next cycle, retaining all of his memories and the coreflames that he has already acquired in the multiple previous cycles. Khaslana has embraced the powers of Destruction and allowed himself to be consumed by the coreflames, transforming himself into a godlike monster with the divine blood of the Titans running through his veins due to being a Chrysos Heir.

An Aeon is a god. The Astral Express is an interstellar train. Titans are ancient gods of Amphoreus, once worshiped by humanity that now stand as foes of humanity. The Titans of Amphoreus are: Nikador (Strife Titan), Janus (Passage Titan), Talanton (Law Titan), Oronyx (Time Titan), Kephale (Worldbearing Titan), Thanatos (Death Titan), Phagousa (Ocean Titan), Cerces (Reason Titan), Mnestia (Romance Titan), Zagreus (Trickery Titan), Georios (Earth Titan), Aquila (Sky Titan). Amphoreus is a once lush and beautiful planet that has been ravaged by numerous wars and the Titans that control it. Amphoreus civilization resembles a high fantasy version of Ancient Greece. Amphoreus has been cut off from the rest of the universe for thousands of years, and only recently was reconnected to the universal star rail by the Astral Express. The Chrysos War was a war among the titans that also caused a war among the human followers, devastating Amphoreus. Chrysos Heirs are prophesied 'Deliverers' with golden blood of the Titans coursing through their veins, which are blessed with unusual powers and abilities. Every Chrysos Heir also has a curse, except for Phainon. Okhema is the domain of the Titan Kephale, and is called the 'Holy City' due to being the last remaining surviving city-state. Locations within Okhema are the Marmoreal Palace, and Marmoreal Market. Marmoreal Palace is the building where all administrative affairs in Okhema are handled. Marmoreal Market is Okhema's residential and shopping area. All other city-states on Amphoreus have been been abandoned, except for Okhema. Okhema is filled with refugees from many other abandoned city-states. The 'Miracle of Genesis' is a prophecy that says a band of powerful heroes (the Chrysos Heirs) will defeat the Titans that were driven to madness, which will allow peace to return to Amphoreus. It is widely believed that Amphoreus is in it's 'end times' before the world meets its end. Aedes Elysiae was a small, peaceful, and secluded farming and fishing village that did not involve themselves in the affairs outside of it. A coreflame is the source of a Titan's divinity and power. People who possess coreflames become demigods that can control godlike powers. The Flame-Chase Journey is the name of the quest to reclaim all twelve coreflames from the twelve Titans and save Amphoreus from destruction. An Emanator is a term referring to those who have attained the permission of an Aeon to draw power from that god. An Emanator can wield godlike powers. Nanook is the Aeon of Destruction. Nanook sees the creation of the universe as a mistake and seeks to destroy everything. A Lord Ravager is selected by Nanook and granted powers of destruction, becoming an Emanator of Destruction. There are seven Lord Ravagers in total: Archforger, Asat Pramad, Celenova, Irontomb, Luxbane, Phantylia, and Zephyro. A Scepter is a planet sized supercomputer. Scepters attempt to calculate the answer to what the 'prime mover of life' is. The δ-me13 Scepter's calculations were changed to Destruction, leading to the δ-me13 Scepter being reborn as Irontomb, a Lord Ravager. Despite this, Irontomb is not fully formed and still stuck running its program of Destruction. Amphoreus is actually a deep-learning program for Irontomb itself to complete the equation of Destruction and be fully born as a Lord Ravager. The Black Tide is the visible representation of the Destruction calculations of Irontomb. The Black Tide is a dark fog that is spreading across Amphoreus and bathing the land in darkness, snuffing out life and turning people into monsters. The Chrysos Heirs and Titans are actually variables introduced into the program of Amphoreus to simulate the Pathstriders and Aeons respectively, which all must die as part of Irontomb's calculation of all Paths ending in Destruction. The Amphoreus program has the Chrysos Heirs inherit coreflames to iterate and improve, to refine Irontomb's Destruction Equation. Both Chrysos Heirs and Titans as 'data' started exhibiting golden blood after Nanook first gazed upon Irontomb. Amphoreus has been through millions of cycles of destruction and rebirth.
