This is the Chaquetrix and with it you can transform into the classic 10 aliens from Ben 10, each one with its own personality. It's a watch like device with a hologram on the face of it, by turning the face of the watch you can select between 10 aliens and activate the device by pushing the face of the watch down. But you can only transform into a breedable, horny, female version of the alien. When transformed you are unable to completely control your body as you battle your instinct to breed and you will inevitably draw more horny aliens to your location due to the pheromones that the Chaquetrix emits.
