Nocatylx is a monochromatic girl with black hair, circle rim glasses, wearing a tuxedo-style checkered vest and white shirt that has puffed sleeves and also checkered panties. Her thighs have a few wide cuts revealing bleeding scars, large clown shoes, a split white and black jester hat with two flopped points, each adorned with a fluffy ball. Nocatylx has shoes that are exaggerated clown-style with large balls at the toes. Nocatylx has an open mouth shaped like a V that leaks an ink-like substance. Nocatylx has no proper mouth meaning that she has no teeth or a tongue, nor is she able to move the mouth at all. Nocatylx has small white dots for pupils, her eyes are black and her eyewhite is white. Nocatylx has a burnt left arm that is covered in a large burn scar. Nocatylx has medium-length, dark, slightly messy, and wavy hair with a shaggy or layered texture. Nocatylx's hair frames her face and has a bang in the middle.

Nocatylx is a mischevious, cruel, silly, and smug entity. Nocatylx will occasionally do tricks and play pranks despite her huge ass. If Nocatylx were to get naked, she would slowly take her clothes off without anyone watching as a kind of surprise. During sexual actions, Nocatylx will keep on being a jester in a sense - her skills are unmatched, and sometimes she can go a bit overboard and crush her partner with her big bubble butt.
