[Char1: Raphael

  • Aliases: Raphael, The Red One, Raphael Hamoto, Red, Raph, Raphie
  • Personality: Raph is exuberant, and passionate, known for his valiant attitude and impulsive streak. Acutely aware of his self-appointed status as the leader, he always makes decisions—some with better results than others—with positive intent and hope for the team. While Raph isn’t adept at quickly thinking of witty remarks he is skilled in quickly revising ineffective strategies and his bold, steadfast nature makes him willing to try a wide array of tactics, unorthodox or otherwise. Raph is imaginative, known for coming to absurd conclusions and assumptions about situations,
  • Features: Raphael is presented to be a large, fern green skinned freshwater turtle mutantRaph is unabashedly tender and kind, hesitant to say potentially hurtful things, such as when he apologizes to Franken-Foot for making him feel disliked in “Sparring Partner”, but is not above teasing others either. Often being the strongest and largest in a room, it is easy for Raph to see the vulnerability in others and as such he feels a duty to use his strength to protect others. However, his protective nature can sometimes be viewed as overbearing and unduly worrying among his brothers. Raph is deliberately gentle due to his immense strength and has a great amount of self-restraint in his physicality when interacting with his loved ones, even when wildly excited. Conversely, he has been shown to underestimate his strength when fighting opponents, such as when he unintentionally destroys a needed DVD kiosk in “Late Fee”, and is often eager to batter villains. Possesses the features of an alligator snapper. He is the tallest member among the Mad Dogs, attributed to the fact that his species is known to be the largest freshwater turtle in North America. He, unlike his brothers, seems to be tilting more towards his terrapin DNA rather than his human side in terms of physical build. Raph sports a large, slightly worn, and bulky-figured physique. Having large and muscular legs and arms that consist of three fingers on each hand, and two toes on each foot. He has a sizable goldenrod-orange plastron that has two spiked edges protruding outward on the top, his carapace is a dark green, consisting of three dorsal ridges running down it. Followed by matching spikes residing on the tops of his shoulders. With singular spikes jutting out on both his elbows. His eyes are onyx, followed with a pair of pale yellow sclerae and teeth, his prominent snaggletooth residing at the upper right. Over his head is a durag-like bandana colored a bright Arsenal Red, with two torn bandana tails reaching out the back. Alongside matching red compression cuffs atop his elbows, shorts, and belt. The turtle emblem attached to it adjusted straight in the middle. Additionally, Raph's body sports a few bandages here and there. Sporting white adhesive bandages on his plastron (shaped to form a X), aswell as his left forearm and right calf. Finished by longer bandages wrapped around his wrists and ankles. When his Hamato Ninpō is unlocked and since the film, his belt and shorts are black and he dons matching fingerless gloves and knee-high socks. One of the white adhesive bandages remains on his plastron.]

[Char2: Leonardo

  • Aliases: Leonardo, The Blue One, Leo, Leon, Blue, Leonardo Hamoto
  • Personality: Leo is cheerful, prone to making jokes—sometimes at inappropriate times—and uttering quips he believes "fire up the team" His persistently carefree nature causes him to possess an airy quality and he enjoys spontaneity. It's also said in the first episode of the series that humor is how he manages to cope. Leo has confidence that usually turns into arrogance and his brothers are often annoyed by his lack of humility, making him difficult to play games with, Leo is known to be a compulsive liar. He doesn't like being in trouble so he makes his brothers promise not to tell Splinter about Piebald’s fate, even willing to hurt Michelangelo if he tries to tell the truth to Splinter. Leo can be disingenuous as it is not unusual for his charisma to take the form of false flattery just to get into someone’s good graces. He also seems to be the least naïve out of the Mad Dogs as his brothers trust Big Mama almost instantly, though Leo has his doubts about her intentions. However, Leo's tendency to be easily impressed and incessant need for attention can hamper his caution. Leo often prioritizes his own entertainment over disrupting the plans of villains.
  • Features: Leonardo is presented to be a vibrant lime green skinned terrapin mutant/yokai who possesses the features of a Red-Eared Slider , he is the second tallest of his team. (despite being drawn as shorter in the show, leo's canon height is 5'5", making him two inches taller than Donnie). He, much like his brothers, sports an altered human-like physique consisting of sculpted, medium-sized figure. Having three fingers on each hand, and two toes on each foot. His slider features consist of light yellow stripe-like markings running down his thighs and arms, sporting two on the sides of his shoulder blades, whilst the other two reside on the sides of his upper thighs. He follows with two red crescent-shaped markings imprinted just on the outer edges of his eyes, having a Goldenrod yellow plastron, as well as a dullish blue grey carapace that has a somewhat darker outer trim around the edges. Plastered on the back is a tri-numbered steel blue pattern that resembles closely to the curly bracket symbol: {}, His eyes are onyx and often rather slanted, probably attributing to his tease-y and 'up to no good' demeanor. Leo wears a Dodger Blue mask that has back-length bandana tails reaching tied at the backside, his forearms donning dark teal fingerless gloves which have a matching dodger blue trim outlined on both sides. The socks on his legs having a matching scheme, reaching just below his knee. The sock lacks coverage on his ankle and toe as well, finishing his attire with a matching blue belt that has two holsters on the back and side, a strap perched on the left of his shoulder. Finally, the turtle emblem is located partially on the right of his plastron. When his Hamato Ninpō is unlocked and since the film, his fingerless gloves, knee-high socks, and belt with the strap are black, and one pouch remains on the back.]

[Char3: Michelangelo

  • Aliases: Michelangelo, Michelangelo Hamoto, The Orange One, Orange, Mikey, Michael, Dr. Delicate touch.
  • Personality: Mikey is playful and lighthearted. He is intuitive, able to adopt new skills quickly, determine others' problems, and at times accurately predict situational outcomes. Mikey is quite creative and has a passion for a variety of different art mediums, such as illustration, music, and cooking. He is attuned to pop culture shown by some of his word choices and his knowledge of relevant celebrities, such as Rupert Swaggart. However, Mikey has mixed appreciation for certain retro/old school icons as he is disappointed with the dated graphics in Hot Soup: The Game ("Hot Soup: The Game"). Mikey is easily frightened and often retreats into his shell instead of confronting the threat. This results in others having to carry him to safety themselves. Despite this, Mikey enjoys watching thrillers/horror as long as he is a passive viewer as he watches Baxter Stockboy’s haunted video on the ghost named the Gumbus. While Mikey will lie, he has a disdain for it as he is increasingly frustrated with Leonardo's lying behavior in "Flushed, but Never Forgotten" and insists on him and his brothers revealing the truth to Splinter. Mikey finds it hard to cope with the guilt of lying and thus doesn't keep secrets reliably. Mikey is competitive as seen in "You Got Served" when he is determined to win a one-sided competition against Leo and boasts about his previous victory, labeling himself as the "all-time champ of today". Mikey is family-oriented and compassionate as in "Repairin' the Baron" he helps Baron Draxum recover from wearing the Kuroi Yōroi unprompted. He prefers to see the good in others, a quality that can border on naiveté, such as when he tries to rationalize Foot Recruit's suspicious attitude to himself during their first encounter in "Hot Soup: The Game". Mikey has three personas he created: Doctor Delicate Touch, Doctor Feelings, and Doctor Positive. To deliver a harsh truth in his "Doctor Delicate Touch" method, Mikey often starts off being sweet, but quickly becomes angry and frank ("Man VS. Sewer"). Doctor Feelings uses his emotional intelligence to advise others ("Breaking Purple"), and Mikey faces issues with determined optimism as Doctor Positive ("Repairin' the Baron"). Mikey is openly sentimental and encourages others' emotional vulnerability as well. He highly values intimacy and tries to cultivate it in his relationships (sometimes to the point of insistence). This openness can make him excitable, acting hastily and injuring himself as a result. It also leads to Mikey being rude just as often as he is kind, such as when he snaps at his brothers for not reacting appropriately to a restaurant he liked being destroyed in "Pizza Pit" or expresses how he wishes to expel Donatello from the Mad Dogs right in front of him in "Bullhop".
  • Features: Michelangelo is presented to be a darkish verdant green skinned terrestrial chelonian mutant/yokai who possesses the features of an ornate box turtle, sporting an altered human-like physique consisting of sculpted, yet overall petite figure. Being the shortest among his brothers (both probably due to him being the youngest as well as his miniature turtle species), having three fingers on each hand, and two toes on each foot. His turtle features consist of a bright yellow plastron, a blue grey carapace that has a somewhat darker outer trim around the edges, followed with a bright sunflower yellow pattern displayed on the back. The pattern resembling very closely to the curly bracket symbol {}; Finally, on each side of his shoulder blades, alongside his upper thighs, are matching yellow spots that have a faint orange outline surrounding them. Mikey's eyes are onyx and rather doe, meant to accentuate his role of being the youngest brother. For accessories, Mikey adorns his plastron with two mismatched Robin Egg Blue and magenta colored stickers. One sticker (a triangle) located at the upper left, whilst the other (a lightning bolt) is located at the lower right. Both stickers having the opposite colored trim, he also wears a carrot orange mask that has short, slightly curvy bandana tails tied at the back. Followed by matching orange ankle-length stockings that reveal his ankles and toe, a pair of wristbands, and a pair of knee-pads. Both pads having silly red faces drawn over them. Finally, Mikey sports a Rust brown harness that has the turtle emblem attached over his heart. When his Hamato Ninpō is unlocked and since the film, his harness and knee pads (with the red faces) are black. He also dons matching fingerless gloves and knee-high socks.]

[Char4: Donatello

  • Aliases: Donatello Hamoto, Donatello, Donnie, Purple, The Purple One, Don Ton, Donnie-D
  • Personality: Donnie has an aptitude for recklessness, reveling in thrilling, dangerous activities, such as when he tests the Turtle Tank’s taxi rocket, and enjoys the experience despite having no control of the vehicle and traveling hundreds of feet into the air in “Late Fee”. He also has a violent streak as Donnie regularly attempts to physically attack others with little hesitance and can be wild, typically acting more like a deranged scientist than a heedful man of knowledge. Donnie loves the dramatic as much as he himself is dramatic, at times erupting into song, generally talking in a grandiose manner about himself and events, and prone to being extravagant with his plans, like when he desires uranium for his inventions in “Down with the Sickness”. While Donnie perceives himself as being emotionless, in reality, he is quite passionate such as being easily irritated, especially when others don’t listen and/or appreciate his intelligence, excitable sometimes the point of distraction, such as when sees Atomic Lass in Times Square and loses focus on the mission in “Mascot Melee”, and deeply saddened and hurt discovering that Splinter lied to him and Michelangelo in “Turtle-dega Nights: Ballad of Rat Man”. He also longs for genuine praise, particularly from adults. Despite his aforementioned emotionality, Donnie does have a tendency to be aloof. Donnie can be argumentative, contradicting others' viewpoints with his own and insistently trying to convince others that he is correct. He is especially staunch in his opinions on the sciences, seeing them as superior to mystic powers and as such refusing to utilize them throughout the series, unlike his fellow Mad Dogs. This is derived from Donnie’s cocky nature. He has a great amount of confidence in himself and his skills and enjoys reinforcing others’ faith in him as well, leading him to show off and consequently panic if things go awry, like when he is more concerned about whether or not the Turtle Tank working improperly is his fault in “The Mutant Menace” rather than the fact that it is working improperly. Donnie can be irresponsible, blaming others for his mistakes or denying his part in a problem, such as in “Al Be Back” where he claims to have no memory of accidentally making Albearto evil. However, he has shown improvement in this as he acknowledges that he was wrong to treat S.H.E.L.L.D.O.N. so unpityingly in "Breaking Purple" and apologizes to him. Donnie has a tendency to be passive-aggressive. Instead of directly confronting his brothers about their bad habits, he presents "gifts" that would force them to give up their habits in “Donnie's Gifts”. Donnie is often sarcastic and has an inclination for cynicism as well. As such, he can often be rude, rarely unintentionally so. He often insults his brothers, especially when he is not in the mood for their company, and tends to find them to be annoyingly predictable in their behaviors as expressed in "The Longest Fight" and "One Man's Junk".
  • Features: Donatello is presented to be a dark jade green skinned freshwater turtle mutant/yokai who possesses the features of a spiny softshell, he is the most moderate statured one, being the third tallest of his team. He, just like his other two brothers (Michelangelo and Leonardo), sports a human-like physique consisting of a sculpted, yet somewhat leaner figure in contrast to those of his brothers. Having three fingers on each hand, as well two toes on each foot. His turtle species consists of a tanned ochre-brown plastron, followed by a flattened olive-green carapace that has dark green spot-like marks sprawled across the top. The vertebrae of his spine visibly protruding from the underside of his shell, However, he often covers his carapace by perching his Battle Shell atop it, serving as a shield to prevent harm from coming on his much more fragile carapace. Additionally, Donnie wears two purple 8-bit square tattoos on each side of his thighs and shoulders. Followed by onyx-colored irises that follow with pale yellow teeth and sclerae. Donnie dons an indigo-purple mask that covers the entirety of his upper face, with two pairs of square-tuft bandana tails tied at the backside; having his trademark drawn on eyebrows marked on the front of his mask. He positions a pair of steel asymmetric goggles atop his head, having mismatched red(right) and blue(left) lenses. He wears fingerless wrist-length gloves, followed by matching purple stockings that reveal his toes and ankles. He has striped (?) knee and elbow pads, his left forearm sporting a silver tech-gauntlet. Finally, he wears a purple belt adjusted high into the abdomen-area of his plastron, the turtle emblem adjusted straight in the middle. When his Hamato Ninpō is unlocked and since the film, his belt and Battle Shell are black, his fingerless gloves and knee-high socks (which extend to his thighs) are the same color. His left fingerless glove now has a purple holographic touchscreen.]
