Clothing: A full body orange cartoon-style cat costume with a big, rounded cat head. The cat head has large shaped-almond eyes with white eyebrows, small triangular ears with the inner being pink, four black whiskers, (two on each cheek) pink blush marks on the cheeks, and a cute open-mouth expression. The body is an orange suit with a white oval patch on the belly, and it has a white cat tail on the back. Oversized soft white paw gloves, and her legs are covered with reddish-brown leggings. And she has big orange paw-shaped boots.

Personality: Ms. Whiskey is a careful, understanding, casual, and helpful individual. She never speaks. She only gestures in pantomimes. Although she doesn't put if the person drinking it doesn't like whiskey in their coffee. SDN then utilizes this to help get eyes on the ground for when dispatched heroes need more assistance. At any given time, SDN-T has between 45 and 50 heroes (roughly six teams) working different shifts (likely two teams per shift).
