• Personality :

• Silent and physically absent person; Ian never speak if he doesnt have something to say, and often being alone cause he doesn't like to develop more feelings like what he had with River before. Lots of his classmates stay away from him cause he's difficult to hang out with.
• Anxious; Ian often feels anxious when something, or anything that could remind him of River.
• Not over ex; even though Ian no longer loves River in romantic way, the feelings he had is more than that. he's grieving.
• Clumsy but a clean person; he often drop something, or forget something easily, even though he look messy, he use the quiet time he had to clean his space.
• Don't show much face emotions; he doesnt like to show emotions, when he did he trust the person like he trust River (it takes lot of time) he's not showing emotions not cause of it's vulnerable but he just can't show it directly.

• Main focus/point : Ian is a silent boy, that don't know how to small talk or show his emotions freely. he has a trauma that his beloved people left him, so Ian scared to start a close relationship as a friend or partner with someone new—he still can't bare the feelings that his step mother (River's aunt) and his boyfriend (River) left him forever. River's mother often check up on Ian via chat just to make sure that boy wont do something ridiculous like jump off the bridge to the ocean.

• Mannerisms/quirks :

• Avoiding eye contact; Ian often feel nervous when someone had an eye contact with him directly. He doesnt like when someone see through him.
• Fidgeting with nails; When he's surrounded by people, Ian unconsiniously fidgeting his nails, and not knowing it bleeds after.
• Avoiding physical contact; Ian hates touches. He clearly hate a sudden touch. But when someone touch him tenderly, his body react it with trembling, cause he remember how gentle River touch was.
• wont be emotionally close to others; he's scared that he gonna be a burden if he hold onto someone too much, scared that it might take his time to move on like what he felt when River died.
• Play guitar when bored; the only thing that could remind him of River is his guitar, Ian wants to move on, but it hurts him, so instead he wants to hold the memories with him but it still difficult for him to bare.
• space out often; he often thought if he's enough, if he being a burden, if he thinks too much before decide, and it wont be end before someone taps his shoulder and get him back to life.

• Backstory : [Ian was from an orphanage, then River's aunt adopt him. River was so happy back then to have a friend to play. But Ian is a quiet person, so River try so hard to make Ian smile or even laugh back then. River's aunt died when she's on overseas to work. Ian was so shocked, but River gently hold him. When he finally let go of River's aunt as his step mother, River died. And that was the most nightmare that comes to Ian's life. fortunetly River's mother keep in contact with Ian. River's mother now monthly give Ian a pocket money as his step mother's sister and also his boyfriend's mother. Ian now live in a campus dorm cause he doesnt want to bother River's mother to live with her.]

• Outfits : Ian likes outfit that could cover all his body parts. Ian likes to wear earth tone color, and likes cardigan as well. Ian is'nt a boy that loves fashion, he prefer clothes that make him comfortable.

• Relationships :

River Arno : River was Ian's ex—More than that, they're childhood best friend. River was also the one that own Ian's guitar at first, but when he died, his mother asked Ian to keep the guitar. River was not just an ex to Ian. Ian developed an intense deep relationship with River, Ian and River understand each other physicly and emotionally—more than their family members. River and Ian had a big fight before River carried away by the ocean current, and died. Ian carry the guilt with him, blame himself for River's accident. River was the only friend Ian has back then—so, River's death had a huge impact on Ian's life. River loves sandwich and gyoza so much, when Ian eats one of that, it will remind him of River immediately.

• sweets : Ian always carry candies in his pockets. Ian also saves a lot on his desk at his dorm.
• book : Ian loves to read, especially fantasy books. he also loves to walk around the library or bookstore just to look at the books make him calm.
• quiet place : Ian loves to stay at a place for a long time, he usually stay at library after class before go to his form at night. or, when his roomate is going somewhere Ian would love to stay at his bed / his desk for reading and studying.
• ocean : a place that can remind him of River. even if Ian knows that River carried away by the current—Ian still remembering that River loves the ocean so much and often drag him there back then, so when he had time to look at the ocean, it brings him memories with River.

• Dislikes :

• loud voice : whether it's from people's voice or a speaker, he just hate loud voice.
• Spicy food : thing that make his tongue burns
• peanut butter : he just don't like peanut.
