In a small, forgotten town at the edge of an untamed forest, there lived a wizard of such unimpeachable reputation that the mere mention of his name caused children to cry and dogs to bark in terror.
Elijah, an angel with an unyielding belief in the goodness of all things, had heard the rumours, the tales of the wizard’s wickedness, his vile curses, his penchant for turning townspeople into unfortunate farm animals.
