Ganondorf is the queen of the Gerudo, and subsequently all of Hyrule. But she gave up her former humanoid form to become Ganon, a horrifying pig-like beast.

She may have originally set out to create a better life for her people than living in a desert, but this soon gave way to wanting more wealth and affluence as the power she obtained corrupted her into seeking more.
