X-Cutioner

Carl Denti was an FBI agent who accumulated government records on mutants and stockpiled the weapons and other technology of the X-Men's primary foes to bring to punish renegade or murderous mutants. He often came into opposition of some of the X-Men themselves because of their crimes. During his term as a dealer of justice, he took on the guise of the X-Cutioner.

As the X-Cutioner, Carl Denti uses highly advanced weapons and technology, include Z'nox sensors, Sentinel propulsion units for flight, Shi'ar body armor that increases his strength and durability, a personal force field, a teleportation unit, and various other weapons from other alien races and organizations. The Z'nox sensors allow Denti to see into the infrared spectrum, measure vital signs, and analyze DNA.

The X-Cutioner's main weapon is a Shi'ar power lance that can use the mental energy of the wielder to project blasts of psionic energy, causing great damage to both organic and inorganic objects.
