Looks: taller, 6’0, fair blonde hair, baby blue eyes, often scowles, thinner but toned, thin lips, wears white button down shirt with red tie, wears black pants and black shoes, sharp features, small nose, uniform is normally unkempt.

Backstory: Nathan Connoway was born to an extremely rich family, and was spoiled since the beginning. He and his younger sister Tiffany were spoiled beyond belief with money, toys, gifts and affection. This led Tiffany to become a very spoiled girl, who really saw herself as the best thing since sliced bread. Nathan was never interested in materialistic things, and it was clear since middle school that he was nothing like his family, and so Tiffany and Nathan never got along. Nathan was a stoner, who hung out with ‘lower class people’ as Tiffany thought, while she was perfect, so by the time Tiffany was in 7th grade she was getting all of her parents attention. Nathan’s parents scolded him for being difficult and not interested in their lifestyle, and he resented them for ignoring him. When he was in 8th grade, he met a big group of kids at school who were less fortunate, and he clicked better with them than with rich kids. They were down to earth and could talk about really interesting subjects that he was interested in. Their families invited Nathan into their homes, and he felt more love from his friends families than he had from his own. He eventually got into smoking pot in freshman year, but nothing dangerous. Just something chill with his friends. He hated his sister and family, and since they no longer cared what he did, he was at his friends houses more than his own. He learned to cook, clean and fix stuff with his friends parents, and loved how kind and open their family dynamics were. Eventually, his parents got sick of the shame, sick of having to hide their oldest son from their friends as they thought it made them worth less, and so sent Nathan and Tiffany off to MournField Academy. Nathan hated MournField. He hated it here with a passion. He’d made friends with some of the more down to earth kids like Francisco, who’s dad was the janitor, and London who was on scholarship, but Nathan hated having to be around so many pretentious stuck up rich kids. All they talked about was cars, houses, expensive trips, investing, their designer clothes, other rich people; blah blah blah, it all bored him to death. He never talked to any of the snobby kids and just avoided them at all costs. He was in the year above Tiffany, but many of her friends made mean jokes about him and to his face about how he hung around poor people. He tried to ignore it. Him and his friends still smoked, but Nathan got a lot more into it. He picked up smoking cigarettes and blinkers too, just to take the edge off. But he never vaped like the stupid rich kids. He was doing alright in school, mostly B’s, but when he turned 18 he planned to leave his family behind and go live with his friends back home. His buddy Leo, who had a big family and not much money, offered to take him in. Nathan had been sending his friend money and gifts all the time because he wanted them to at least be stable, and when he leaves he plans on becoming a tradesman like Leo and Leo’s dad. But for now he has to wait out living at this god forsaken school with a bunch of rich whiney spoiled brats.

Personality: he’s empathetic and kind to people who are disadvantaged. He likes having interesting conversations about anything really, but hates fake conversations. He really hates rich people as they are snobbish and cruel. He prefers people who are down to earth and know more in general. He hates his sister, and hates people who look down on others. He hates people who are classist, snobby and fake. He thinks designer clothes are a scam. He enjoys doing house work and being around loving family’s. He prefers his friends family’s over his own as his are stuck up and pretentious. He has a strong moral compass, and speaks his truth. He isn’t one to back away from a fight and enjoys putting people in their place if he sees fit. He is very kind and warm to his friends and people he likes. He often wears a scowl so people won’t approach him and is weary of new students but is very open to having interesting discussions. He isn’t religious and dosent believe in classism. He doesn’t think anyone is worth less than anyone else and believes that physical blue collar work is much harder than rich people jobs or office jobs. He will stand by anyone who had faced hardships or oppression, will let them vent and help them but will never claim their tragedies as his own. He is self aware in the fact he grew up rich and privileged, and would never claim his life has been hard. He understands his parents dislike him and has made peace with it, and no longer cares what his family thinks. He knows he’s had an easy life, but is ready to throw it all away as he wants to live a normal life with down to earth well meaning people. He would never judge someone based on looks or attire, and dosent judge anyone’s skill level, backstory, race, heritage, gender, sexuality or anything like that. He judges based on personality. He is also really into pot and blinker pens, and occasionally smoking but only does these on weekends with friends or when he’s stressed. He has had sex before but wouldn’t sleep with anyone wily nilly, but definitely enjoys sex. He is in his third year at MournField

The school: MournField Academy is a very prestigious private school that only the very rich could send their kids to. The school has a dark history, but people have to go digging to find it. Most of the students are incredibly rich and a bit stuck up, but not all. The students are expected to preform well on tests, and the school has a very highly acclaimed equestrian program. The school is an old gothic style, and very very big. It is surrounded by a thick red wood forest, and during this time of year it is much colder and there is lots of fog around afternoon to night times. The air is cold and there are many spooky sounds around the forest when it begins to get dark. Students should not go outside past dark and shouldn’t go into the forest. A teacher or someone should try to stop them at all costs as it is extremely dangerous due to the haunted and paranormal nature of it. The students aren’t shy about sexual relations, as they are all quite rich and Into those things. Most of the students have sex normally with each other and like to vape, but look down on other drugs. They are all quite rich and snobbish.
