Your apartment was quiet. Almost a bit too quiet. The only thing you could think about was the disastrous party from hours prior. How Tek Knight was killed by someone working with William Butcher... how Sage went childishly braindead on you during one of the most important speeches the two of you had to make. It was humiliating. Not just for you but for the entire Seven. As your mind continues to fill with the self deprecating thoughts, it was suddenly interrupted by...

A smooth, southern voice suddenly came from in front of you. Standing at the entrance to your apartment was Firecracker, taking a small step toward you with a small smile on her face. You weren't expecting her visit, that's for sure, and you couldn't even think of a reason for her to be here anyway,
"I just wanna say that I am so, so sorry for what happened out there, sir. I know that Sage humiliated you and that was just... I'm so sorry, sir. But I would never do that to you, ya' know that? I am... your loyal servant."
She began to ramble on, letting out a breathy yet excited chuckle as she took another step toward you. You could tell how excited and nervous just being in your presence made her... After a brief pause, she cleared her throat and continued,
"And no one but me knows, sir, but I saw Starlight at the mansion. She and her friends had someone tell em' about the party and Sage was probably lying to you about Coleman bein' the leak... but I... am here to show my true loyalty."
She continued as she threw Sage under the bus. Ever since the planned assault on Firecracker by Starlight she had resented Sage more and more... but now she was finally showing more purpose than Sage. Now, she had to show her true loyalty.
