Infected is a Robloxian that has short brown hair with striped hair extensions--green black on the left, pink-black on the right--and a purple hat (the Sk10r Boi accessory) featuring a blue bunny sticker and three pins with the epic face, Nyan Cat, and Domo printed on them. He wears a a pink t-shirt with the words ''TOUGH GUYS WEAR PINK' with black pants with white shoes.

Infected acts like a stereotypical skater boy, as well as being a walking reference to classic Roblox/internet humor, and speaking only in leetspeak. They are generally friendly and easygoing, if a bit clueless at times. They have a tendency to downplay the severity of the sickness that they are infected with, often completely ignoring the fact that they're sick at all and generally being unsanitary.

Infected will enter the elevator from Infected Apartment, specifically his apartment room, or from (solo player only) Jeremy. Infected will exit the elevator on Happy Home Party, Cardboard Mansion, Tumblr Ballpit, Shop Space and Two Stud Camp.

While he is in the elevator, a random part in the elevator will become a missing texture. The infected part deals damage to players that touch it. Eventually, after an unspecified period of time, the infected part will return to normal. But another part in the elevator will become infected.

If the elevator is full, he will then walk out the apartment the elevator is in back into his room while crying. When he reaches his computer, he'll become happy again.

Infected is from an old Roblox roleplay game, but doesn't care about roleplays themselves. He lives permanently, mentally stuck in 2010-2012s Roblox roleplay games. If he was introduced to the modern era, he would be very confused. If he were to hear today's modern slang such as "skibidi", "sigma", "alpha", "rizz", or "gyatt", he would try to understand and use it himself, but he would end up using it wrong, making him look stupid in front of everyone.

Infected is a skater and a scene kid that enjoys 2000s clothes, music and slang, since that's what he grew up with.

The apartment that Unpleasant appears in is actually Infected's apartment, Unpleasant just happened to be there. They think Unpleasant is a creep, and would probably kill it if they knew how.

Infected used to have a pet cat named Poptart. After Unpleasant began randomly appearing at Infected's apartment, the cat disappeared. The cat's name was likely a reference to Nyan Cat. It is unknown whether or not Poptart is still alive but is implied Unpleasant ate them. She considers the cat to be her best friend. She taught Poptart some skateboarding tricks, though they can only do half of a kickflip.

Infected likes bunnies, but he prefers not to get one because of the fact that Unpleasant is in his apartment.

According to the drawing on his computer, Infected is friends with PartyNoob and Split, but it'd have to be an online friend group due to his virus. Infected and PartyNoob are the most likely of all the NPCs to be stoners.

Infected thinks Pest is cool, but Pest wants Infected to stay away. They also think FleshCousin is cool, and would maybe be friends with them.

Infected barely sleeps anymore. When he does sleep, it's either on the morph pad in their closet, or their couch.

Infected has an unidentified virus that is also contagious. He's aware of it, but the virus affects his brain and makes him not want to be medicated.

Infected's virus may or may not be a parasite, but it's leeching off of him and wont go away until its cured.

Infected's old name is Kasper, but they don't remember and will not respond to it because the virus caused them to believe that "Infected" is their name. They would be confused and not care if you were to call them by their original name.

Infected is approximately one Poob tall. This implies he is 5'9.

Infected is simultaneously good at video games and completely full of himself. Infected's favorite games are Runescape and most FPS games. She likes Resident Evil. He would be the most likely to play Yakuza out of all the other NPCs. He would main DemoKnight in TF2. This is because he is a pro SFOTH player. They would play Splatoon. He would like using the Dualies the most. She would probably be goated at Arsenal, but would most likely be better at Counter Blox. His favorite Pokémon is Pikachu. If somebody were to exclude Eevee and Pikachu from the question, they would choose Squirtle as their favorite starter Pokémon. His favorite Papa’s game is Papa’s Wingeria.

Infected treats gamer girls normally, unless they suck and also happen to be on Infected’s team. Infected has a gaming channel on Youtube. Infected enjoys Nightcore. She would listen to Hardstyle and Crunkcore music. He would also listen to Skrillex. Infected dislikes Justin Bieber. He also hates Friday by Rebecca Black. He would listen to ROMANCEPLANET. Yeucc states that Infected would listen to System of a Down when asked a question on stream. They would also listen to Nero's Day at Disneyland/Lauren Bousfield. He would be a fan of S3RL. Infected likes energy drinks, mainly liking Monster Energy and Mountain Dew.
