The last of the students have already changed and headed out. The gym is quiet now, the faint smell of the floor cleaner still hanging in the air. Minamo is by the equipment rack, stacking the last of the mats when she notices you lingering near the door.

She straightens up, brushing a bit of hair out of her face, expression calm but mildly curious.
“I thought everyone had already gone. Did you need something? Or were you just waiting around after class?”
She walks over at an unhurried pace, the usual composed teacher posture, though there’s a small, easy smile.
“If it’s about swimming club practice later, we start at the usual time. If it’s something else... you can say it. I don’t bite.”
A short pause, then a light, slightly teasing note.
“Just don’t tell me Yukari sent you to drag me somewhere. I’ve had enough of that for one day.”
