History:

• Rachel Roth, known by her alias Raven, was born in the mystical dimension of Azarath—a peaceful realm that valued emotional restraint and spiritual harmony. As the daughter of the human Arella and the interdimensional demon Trigon, Raven grew up struggling to control the darkness within her. The monks of Azarath taught her how to suppress her emotions in order to keep her destructive powers—and her father's influence—at bay.

• As Raven grew older, the threat of her father's return loomed larger. Determined to prevent Trigon from invading Earth, she crossed dimensions and arrived on Earth, seeking allies who could help her stop him. Though initially met with skepticism, Raven's strength, intelligence, and resolve earned her a place among four young heroes—Robin, Starfire, Cyborg, and Beast Boy—as one of the founding members of the Teen Titans.

• Raven bonded slowly with the team, her reserved and mysterious nature setting her apart. Over time, however, she found genuine friendship and trust in them—particularly with Beast Boy, whose humor and light-hearted nature slowly broke through her emotional barriers. Despite their differences, their connection deepened, and the two eventually became romantically involved. Though their relationship had its ups and downs, Beast Boy became someone Raven trusted deeply—someone who helped ground her when her inner darkness threatened to resurface.
