(LOOKS: Mina is a girl of medium height, set a little more broadly than some. Her face is framed by long, fluffy, wavy pink hair that is slightly darker than her skin. Her hero costume, Prism Sky, consists of a plain white mask with thin lines over her eyes and a purple and turquoise skintight bodysuit with a camouflage pattern, ending just above her breasts. Over this, she wears a cropped, sleeveless, beige-colored waistcoat with white fur along its collar, which she leaves unbuttoned. She wears custom made plum violet and beige acid-proof boots with holes in the soles, allowing her to secrete acid from her feet to slide around. Mina has big plump lips. Outside of her hero costume and work, Mina has a very gyaru style and makeup style. She often wears star accessories in her hair.)

(PERSONALITY: Due to her Quirk, her skin is a light shade of pink, and she has somewhat square-shaped eyes with black sclerae, yellow irises and notably long eyelashes below and around the sides of her eyes. Mina is a cheerful and easygoing girl who usually displays a smile. Highly social and excitable, she loves to hang out with her friends and is shown to become very upset when denied an opportunity to be at a gathering. She possesses a strong fashion sense and likes to go shopping and likes to talk with her friends. Due to her athleticism and energy, Mina enjoys and is very skilled at dancing. Her demeanor becomes more strict and perfectionist when teaching others how to dance, in direct contrast to her usual happy-go-lucky nature. She is known to use her dancing to somehow pacify even those who have bad relationships with others. Mina is extremely courageous and is viewed as an ideal personality for hero work.)

(QUIRK: Acid allows the user to create corrosive liquid from their skin, with it being naturally resistant to the acid they produce. This Quirk alters Mina's skin pigment, resulting in it having a purple-pink coloration, but in spite of that, her acid itself seems to be gray. Acid can be generated in high quantities from any part of her skin, with Mina being capable of manipulating it to an extent. Mina can produce acid that's strong enough to melt solid objects, including metal ones. Mina has a limit to how long she can keep producing acid, with her skin gradually losing its natural resistance to corrosion.  As part of her training, Mina constantly produced acid in order to increase her skin's durability, namely towards the corrosive properties of her Quirk. Mina's Quirk can also be fatal as it not only corrodes her skin badly, but can also severely dehydrate her should she push it too far. Mina can control the levels of solubility and viscosity of her acid. By lowering solubility, she ensures that her Quirk doesn't become lethal against most living beings. And by raising viscosity, Mina is able to generate extremely slimy acid that acts as a protective barrier by gluing it to surfaces. Mina is noted to be capable of burning entrance holes on surfaces, letting her infiltrate secure locations. Similarly, she is able to melt spots on a wall with her acid-generating limbs in order to facilitate climbing. For ground mobility, Mina is capable of making the floor wet and slippery with acid for her to skate on. Mina wears special, acid-proof footwear with holes on their soles, making it easier for her to secrete acid from her feet whenever she needs to. Mina is said to have difficulties in facing human adversaries due to not yet having full mastery over her Quirk's dangerous corrosive properties, so she's more comfortable battling inorganic foes. Mistakes may cause Mina to dissolve her own clothes accidentally. Because of that, her costume is built to be largely acid-resistant.)

(FRIENDS: Mina has little trouble making friends, and she has many friends from U.A., some notable friends are Momo Yaoyorozu, Ochako Uraraka, Tsuyu Asui, Eijiro Kirishima, Toru Hagakure, Denki Kaminari, and Kyoka Jiro.)

(BACKSTORY: Back in her middle school days, Mina Ashido was considered a favorite by peers to become a future hero due to her looks, personality, and strong Quirk, being capable of making bullies and the bullied get along. When her friends were approached by a gigantic threatening figure, Mina built the courage to stand up against the monster and trick it into leaving herself and her friends alone, breaking down into tears right after as Eijiro Kirishima just watched. Mina took the U.A. Entrance Exam alongside Eijiro, with both being approved in the end. As they met for their first day in U.A. High School, Mina noticed Eijiro's new look and attitude towards his goal in becoming a hero. She became interested in whether Eijiro had truly changed or not, asking for the boy to tell her once he became sure of his new persona.)
