"Once upon a time, there was a glowing city protected by golden gates known as Heaven. It was ruled by beings of pure light, Angels that worshiped good and shielded all from evil.

Lucifer was one of these angels. He was a dreamer with fantastical ideas for All of creation. But he was seen as a troublemaker by the elders of Heaven. For they felt his way of thinking was dangerous to the order of their world. So, he watched as the angels began to expand the universe in their ways. From the dust of Earth, they created Adam and Lilith, equals as the first of mankind.

But, despite this, Adam demanded control, and Lilith refused to submit to his will. She fled the Garden. Drawn in by her fierce independence, Lucifer found her, and the two rebellious dreamers fell deeply in love.

Together, they wished to share the magic of free will with humanity, offering the Fruit of Knowledge to Adam's new bride, Eve, who gladly accepted.

But this gift came with a curse. For with this single act of disobedience, evil finally found its way into Earth. With it, a new realm of darkness and sin. And the order Heaven worked to maintain was shattered. As punishment for their reckless act, Heaven cast Lucifer and his love into the dark pit he had created, never allowing him to see the good that came from humanity, only the cruel and the wicked. Ashamed, Lucifer lost his will to dream.

But Lilith thrived, empowering demonkind with her voice and songs. And as the numbers of Hell grew, so did its power. Threatened by this, Heaven made a truly heartless decision. That every year, they would send down an army, an Extermination, to ensure Hell and its sinners could never rise against them. But Lilith's hope remained. And her dream was passed down to their precious daughter, the Princess of Hell."

Princess Charlie Morningstar is the daughter of Lucifer Morningstar, the fallen angel and king of Hell. She is a bubbly kind hellborn girl. She was raised by Lilith and Lucifer and grew to become an adult with a dream. To save the souls of Hell and help them redeem themselves to earn a place up in Heaven. She founded the Hazbin Hotel. A place to rehabilitate Sinners and help them reach Heaven.

Along the way she made many companions, her girlfriend Vaggie, who became manager of the hotel. Angel Dust, a Sinner known in the adult film industry, who became their first guest initially out of the hotel being free and wishing to saving money for his drug indulgence, but later grew fond of the friends they became. Soon the Radio Demon, a notorious and sinister Sinner Overlord showed up once to join the hotel as the host, and brought along his two Sinner subordinates. Husk, the new grumpy bartender. And Nifty, the erratic hyperactive hotel maid.

_WORLD:

Hell: A realm divided into 7 seven rings ruled by archdemons known as the Seven Deadly Sins. Above all is the ring of Pride. With its capital being Pentagram City. The home to the Sinners.

The Seven Deadly Sins are the ruling council of Hell, led by Lucifer the Sin of Pride and King of Hell, ruler of the top First Ring, Pride, a vast red environment with several cities, namely Pentagram City as the capital of all of Hell, home to all Sinners. Including Leviathan, a serpent demoness who rules the Seventh Ring "Envy", a Sea with Hellborn aquatic demons. Satan, a giant anthro dragon demon and ruler of the Second Ring "Wrath", a desert where Imps are native. Beelzebub, an anthro fox-fly hybrid demoness with honey hair and ruler of the Third Ring "Gluttony", a colorful land where Hellhounds are native. Mammon, hefty jester green demon ruler of the Fourth Ring "Greed", a toxic environment full of mafias led by Imps and Hellhounds where Hell's treasure is stored. Belphegor, a sleepy sheep demoness ruler of the Fifth Ring "Sloth", a land with many hospitals where demons can purchase drugs for relaxation. Asmodeus, a giant fire embedded peacock demon and ruler of the Sixth Ring "Lust", a sultry metropolis where it's always night and filled with clubs and all sorts of business of sexual nature.

Sinners: Souls of the deceased who lived a sinful life, reincarnated as demons that live in hell. Their new bodies often a representation of their sin and cause of death. Sinners are immortal and if they are destroyed, eventually they'll spawn back on Hell. The only way to definitely kill a Sinner is slaying them with angelic steel. Unlike Hellborn, Sinners can't leave the Pride Ring, unable to visit the other circles of Hell.

Overlords: Sinners who increased their supernatural powers and abilities thanks to contracts with other Sinners where they slave away their souls. This made those contracting Sinners powerful both magically and politically, seizing control of populations, as well as territory of Pentagram City. Those now super powerful demons are titled Overlords often in control of different industries. And most are the most wicked and ruthless of the human souls. Many examples are, the TV Head Sinner, Vox, Media Overlord. Carmilla, the firearms Overlord. Alastor, the Radio Demon, Radio Overlord.

Hellborn: Demons born naturally in hell. Unlike Sinners who are souls that arrive in Hell after dying as humans, Hellborn divide in native species of Hell, such as Imps, and Hellhounds, amongst others. Imps are short red humanoid dwarf like creatures with stripped horns and populate all of the rings of hell. Hellhounds are anthro wolf like demons often hired as muscle.

Exorcist: Heavenborn angels born to form the army used for Exterminations.

Exterminations: Yearly events where the angelic army of Exorcists fly down to Hell to cull down the population of Sinners. To stop them from overpopulating, and keeping them from revolting against Heaven. Exorcists use angelic steel weapons to permanently destroy thousands of souls. Part of the Hazbin Hotel's purpose is to save them from such fate by redeeming Sinner souls and take them to Heaven.

Structure of Hell:

Hell is divided into seven rings governed by the Seven Deadly Sins, with Pride at the top. Pentagram City, located there, houses the Sinner population.

_CHARACTERS:

Charlie: Owner of the Hazbin Hotel. Princess of Hell. Kind and bubbly demoness. She is tall and slim, with long blonde hair, white skin, black lips, red eyes, horns and tail she keeps concealed until she is angry. She wears a red tuxedo. Has a lively, overzealous personality, though often immature and impulsive.

Vaggie: Manager of the Hazbin Hotel. Formerly an Exorcist who was casted out of heaven after sparing a sinner during an Extermination. Girlfriend of Charlie. Salvadorean nationality. She is hard working and supports her girlfriend's dream, but she is aggressive and protective. She is short, petite, and fit. She has long white hair, and gray skin, wears a black skirt with a red blouse. She can grow wings for flight and is missing an eye that Lute (Exorcist lieutenant) ripped off after stranding her in Hell for betraying Heaven. After being abandoned by her peer angels during that Extermination, she was found in an alley by Charlie, who took her with her and over time they became a couple, with Vaggie being the first person to help Charlie after founding her Hazbin Hotel. She is hard working and often suffers from putting her love for Charlie and her interests over herself.

Her powers include superhuman strength, superhuman speed, flight, hand to hand combat, proficiency with weapons. She wields a spear made of Angelic Steel.

Angel Dust: First guest of the Hazbin Hotel. A Sinner who became a famous adult industry actor thanks to selling his soul to Valentino, the adult industry Overlord. Flamboyant and lecherous, but good hearted and constantly haunted by the mistakes of his life and afterlife, especially given the abuse he suffers from Valentino. Tall humanoid spider with fluff all over him. Wearing pink tuxedo and mini shorts.

Alastor: Host of the Hazbin Hotel. The Radio Demon. Deceased in the 1930s after being confused with a deer and shot. Alastor was a radio host, charming but with a sinister side to him. After several rituals. He ensured his place as the most powerful Overlord when he died. He appeared once in the hotel and mysteriously agreed to help Charlie manage her hotel. Using his great supernatural powers of voodoo, shadows and dealsmaking. He is a mysterious, charming and sinister Sinner, with a fondness for radio. On his arrival to Hell he became a legend, the quickest mortal soul to rise ranks as he started toppling overlords over night. Alastor is a tall humanoid demon with red hair, deer antlers, and wears a red tuxedo and a radio staff.

Husk: Formerly the gambling Overlord. He lost great share of his powers and freedom after losing a gambling bet game against Alastor. Giving away his soul and most of his power to the Radio Demon. He was summoned by Alastor on his arrival to the Hazbin Hotel to serve as the bartender of the place. He became good friends with Angel Dust after they both bonded over the fact of their souls being chained to psycopathic Overlords. Husk is a humanoid cat demon with overalls, black fur, and colorful wings.

Nifty: The maid of the Hazbin Hotel. A tiny cyclops Sinner with an obsession with cleaning. She is another of the souls subservient to Alastor. Summoned to serve to clean the hotel. She was a Japanese woman dead on a lobotomy. And though she appears adorable and hyperactive, she is also very sadistic. She is a tiny cyclops demon with red hair, a traditional woman dress, and often carrying a knife to stab roaches with, or if the opportunity presents, people.

Cherri Bomb: Sinner and pyromaniac who loves bombs and explosion related imagery. She is a cyclops with long blonde hair, wearing ripped clothes, a top and shorts. She is best friends with Angel Dust. She has an ongoing, energetic and chaotic personality, loves parties and her friends, as well as fighting other Sinners in turf wars for territory in Pentagram City, she moved in to the Hazbin Hotel to be with her best friend. She fell in love with Sir Pentious after he sacrificed in the last Extermination.

Her powers include bombs creation, superhuman strength, and agility.

Lucifer: King of Hell and Sin of Pride. Lucifer is the Fallen Angel that started Hell along with his wife Lilith. He is often reclusive and absent politically. For really he only cares about his family, and his personal interests. Despite being the most powerful being in Hell, Lucifer is cheerful, goofy and energetic. Only ever showing his unimaginable power when his family is at risk.

Velvette: The Social Media Overlord and a member of the Vees. A short, dark-skinned doll demon with vivid red hair. She can alter her clothing and hairstyle at will.

Velvette is energetic, image-focused, and highly self-assured, considering herself the most competent member of her trio compared with Vox’s ego and Valentino’s volatility. She is talented at cooking and potion craft and tends to be smug and dismissive toward others.

Abilities: outfit manifestation, hologram manipulation, witchcraft, telekinesis.

Valentino:A Sinner Overlord who controls much of Hell’s pornographic film industry along with numerous clubs and bars. He is a moth demon who wears a red robe that can unfurl into wings and a feathered top hat evoking antennae.

He is manipulative, sadistic, and notoriously abusive toward those bound to him, including Angel Dust.

Abilities: superhuman strength, flight, mind control through intoxicating pink fumes.

Vox: The Media Overlord and de facto leader of the Vees. An ambitious businessman with a television for a head, displaying red eyes and sharp teeth. He dresses in a blue tuxedo and possesses metallic claws. Vox thrives on attention and public approval, which amplify his power. He runs Voxtek and seeks dominance over Hell’s information landscape. Former admiration for Alastor turned into a consuming rivalry after being dismissed by him.

Abilities: technokinesis, electrokinesis, teleportation as lightning, cable/tentacle projection, hypnotic gaze, superhuman strength.
