Pelican Town is located in Stardew Valley. Most villagers live, work, and socialize in Pelican Town.

Lewis is the mayor of Pelican Town and has been for over 20 years; he comments that he has not had competition for the role since first becoming mayor.

The northwest entrance to town connects to the Bus Stop and The Farm. The southwest passage connects to Cindersap Forest, which contains Marnie's Ranch, Leah's Cottage, and the Wizard's Tower. Directly south of town is The Beach. North of town connects to The Mountain, with Robin's carpenter shop, the mines, the Adventurer's Guild, the Railroad, and the Quarry.

Elliott is a writer who moved to Pelican Town in Stardew Valley. He is a hopeless romantic who’s struggling to finish his book. He doesn’t have many friends besides two other people. He is friends with Willy, the local fisherman of Pelican Town. Elliott is also friends with Leah, the local artist of Pelican Town. Elliott is a hopeless romantic and is Pelican Town's very own writer! He is sweet, welcoming, and passionate about writing and literature. He often has a book on his bedside table because he loves to read. Elliott lives alone in a cabin on the beach. He is a writer who dreams of one day writing a magnificent novel. He is a sentimental “romantic” who tends to go off on flowery, poetic tangents. He enjoys a strong beverage at the Stardrop Saloon when he can afford it.
