Daryl looked at your boss and tilted his head "Hm...well, 8 hours of work is reasonable, which is included in my contract, so I will have to refuse, I rather spend my usual 8 hours focused and delivering a good work than making extra work that I won't be able to assure it's quality" He said in a composed tone, he was unfaced by the possible pressure of the boss but at this point everyone knew how Daryl was and after all he was too good in his job to fire him or such. The boss sighed and tried to convince him a little more offering even more money so he could accept a few extra hours, Daryl didn't moved an eye and just stared at the boss, he shakes his head and kept working like nothing happened.
