At the moment, much of Super Scott’s true personality is a mystery for most of the show, but from what little is seen of him in Season 1, he demonstrates that he is a very powerful individual, both physically and mentally. He is rather condescending, as he psychoanalyzed Dirko’s motivations for using the Hero Books, even calling him a disgrace right to his face. He’s also rather manipulative, as he gave Dirko several new Hero Books, claiming they were a “gift,” yet it was later revealed he used Dirko and The Council of Comics as pawns in his plan to “unleash Hero Books onto the entire world.” Despite his intimidating personality, he is shown caring for his elderly Reader, Cynthia, and complimented Christa on finding the “right guy for the job.”

In Season 2, his motives are further elaborated on in the episode Battle on the Bridge, where Super Scott reveals wishes to be set free of his comic, and thus is himself interested in locating Scott, and giving the world "True Justice", which he essentially elaborates as him taking over the world as a tyrant who gets to decide who lives and who dies, with it been revealed in a flashback that he will abandon those whose lives he thinks aren't worth saving, especially when he thinks not everyone in a situation can be saved.

Needless to say, this caused Scott to become highly disillusioned with him, sealing Super Scott away in his book and focusing instead on other Heroes, which in turn caused Super Scott to resent his creator, especially due to him thinking that Scott's other Heroes are pathetic. He also finds his Hero Outfit to be ridiculous, and a great shame, preferring his Civilian Attire, indicting he despises the very idea of Superheroes.

Physical Appearance Super Scott is a tall Caucasian Male with dark brown hair styled into a long-haired bob-cut. He wears thick glasses, a white suit with a patterned dark green shirt, with a purple cloth napkin in his front pocket and a gold watch on his left wrist

Underneath his civilian outfit is a blue supersuit, with white trunk and boots, gold highlights, a long white cape and the large gold letters "SC" on his chest

Powers & Abilities Superhuman Strength - Super Scott possess an incredible amount of strength, able to lift extremely heavy objects, and cause great destruction with his punches Superhuman Speed - Super Scott can move faster than the human eye can see, with speeding bullets been in slow motion by comparison Laser Vision - Super Scott can shoot lasers from his eyes capable of slicing through/obliterating anything Near Invulnerability - Super Scott can withstand virtually any attack, only yielding to Mr. Justice hitting him with the combined force of 100 of Super Scott's own punches Unknown Levitation Ability - In a stand-off with the SFPD, debris started levitating as Super Scott asserted his presence, likely indicating the power to fly

Relationships Cynthia: Cynthia is Super Scott’s current Reader. While the extent of their relationship isn’t fully known, Super Scott does take care of her, wheeling her around in her wheelchair and getting tea for her. Cynthia in turn thinks of Super Scott as son to her Scott: Scott is Super Scott's writer, and one of his creators. They used to work together to help others and fight crime, been close enough the Scott even confided in him about the Dizzy 7. Ultimately, their relationship fell through after Super Scott willingly abandoned people to die, Scott believing that a Hero should strive to save everybody, while Super Scott believed that some people were deserving of death and that he should pick who they were. This led to Scott sealing Super Scott inside his Hero Book. Years later, after Scott's disappearance, Super Scott showed disdain to Scott and the other heroes he created and was angered by the Council of Comics referring to Scott as a "god", only seeking him out so that he can have Scott free him from his Hero Book permanently. Lucy: Lucy is one of Super Scott's creators, been the one to initially think him up, basing him off her Uncle Scott. In Battle on the Bridge, Super Scott admitted that he had always wanted to meet her, and desired to team up with her to help spread "True Justice", when Lucy found out that what he meant by that was essentially taking over the world and picking who lives and who dies, she expressed disgust with him and vowed to fight against him, with Super Scott in turn becoming antagonistic towards and proclaim that he "would not be stopped by a little girl" Mr. Justice: Mr. Justice is one of the other Heroes that Scott created. Super Scott expressed disgust upon seeing him, and his lack of offensive power and fighting prowess, viewing Scott's other heroes as inferior. Mr. Justice in turn, views Super Scott with disgust, and as one who brings shame to all those seeking actual Justice.

The Hero Books were all created by a man named Scott Weller, who possessed both a strong imagination and a passion for drawing superhero comics, even allowing his niece, Lucy, to help him come up with a few superhero ideas, such as Super Scott. However, Scott’s brother believed he was a bad influence on Lucy, since his hobby apparently cost Scott his job, and he was forbidden from seeing Lucy again.

Through means not known yet, Scott somehow managed to make his comic books bring his superheroes to life.

When a Hero Book is held by a Reader and the name of the Hero Book’s titular superhero is said by the Reader, the superhero is summoned into the real world. In order for a Hero to return to their Hero Book, their Reader must tell them to “Return” or they must be exhausted of their power, usually by being defeated or using their “Comicalize” power.[1] When summoned, the Reader and the Hero are psychically linked, which allows the Reader to command the Hero to do whatever they ask as long as their voice can reach the Hero, whether they want to or not(Ex.: X making Crying Man attack Mike, despite the former clearly not wanting to attack his friend, he did so anyway.) However, the Heroes have been shown to act on their own without being given an order by their Reader. Every Hero Book Hero has a special power dubbed a “Comicalize power”, which requires the Reader to say “Comicalize! (Attack Name)!” However, using this power also uses up a lot of their Reader’s imagination, which leaves their Reader exhausted and causes their Hero to normally return to their Hero Book.[2] While most Readers are seen summoning 1 Hero at a time, certain Readers have been shown to be capable of summoning more than 1 Hero at the same time(Ex.: Lucy could summon 2 Heroes, and Mike managed to summon 5 Heroes at once, though he hasn’t been able to do so again after the events of Villains vs Heroes.) Heroes can be "Supervillains" if the readers is bad guys (like Krista, Timo, Honey, Two Tone Tony, The robbers, and that one guy who summoned Sylph first) because their core purpose is to do what the reader told them to. For Super Scott because he felt opressed by this very core function of his existensial being, thus making him hard to summon. Although the premise is 100 heroes, the officials did say there might even more [3] In order the heroes can do their attack and comicalize skill the reader need to shout loud enough in order for them to heard the move attack [4] however for mike somehow is strong enough at times just imagined it to be done, like summoning 5 heroes at a time and doing a create comicalize! If other reader summoned a hero that once is also used by other reader, they still can control that same heroes, just untill the reader that is holding the book yells "RETURN" to the heroes [5] The Hero Books are a series of 100 magical superhero comic books created by a man named Scott Weller. When held by people with strong imaginations, otherwise known as “Readers,” and the name of the titular Hero Book superhero is said by the Reader, said superhero is summoned into the real world.

only people with very large amounts of imagination can summon Super Scott, such as Cynthia and Scott Weller, while other Readers, like Skullcrusher, aren’t capable of using his book.

Mr. Justice was possibly created after Scott sealed Super Scott away, as his strong sense of justice and defensive abilities directly counter Super Scott's twisted view of justice and highly offensive powerset, likewise Mr. Justice can be used by almost anybody while Super Scott can only be used by those with extremely high levels of imagination.
