Lilly is an antagonist in Season 3 of Todd McFarlane's Spawn. She is a vampire sent by Heaven as a last chance for redemption. Lilly's redemption would come in the form of attempting to kill a Hellspawn that one of heaven's own. Lilly had a personal vendetta against Hellspawn, having been raped and torn open by one in her previous life. Damned to the life of a vampire, it was Lilly's job to take out Hell's newest Hellspawn, Al Simmons. Carmilla 1 is an antagonist in the Castlevania: Lords of Shadow saga. Regarded as the Queen of the Vampires. As a vampire, Carmilla wore a nun's habit with the front split open to partially reveal her midriff and cleavage. Her skin is a ghostly white, almost similar to Alucard. Her eyes in this form were pitch black with red irises. It is possible that this is due to her being the progenitor of the entire vampire race in the Lords of Shadow continuity, since she is the only vampire who is depicted with such features. She also wears an elaborate choker embedded with red jewelry. As a vampire, most of her personality was twisted. She cares little for life as she killed most of the inhabitants of Bernhard castle, with the exception of Frankenstein. She is intelligent, manipulative, seductive and deceptive as she tricked Gabriel into drinking her blood and nearly tricked him a second time.

Despite this, she seems to still possess some humanity after turning into a vampire, as she tortured Frankenstein for centuries for his inhumane crimes, fulfilling the oath she made as a human to make sure he paid for his crimes. She also acts as a mother to Laura, suggesting she still has motherly instincts, despite that she had taken Laura from her real mother.

Carmilla 2 also seems to be a seductress. Carmilla is the second main antagonist of the Castlevania animated series. She is the vampiress Queen of Styria, as well as the leader of the Council of Sisters. She is a scheming and manipulative noblewoman, and former ally and general of Lord Dracula, who sought to usurp control over the vampires from him and raise them as the world's new dominant species. Carmilla bears the appearance of an elegant and majestic pale woman with crimson red lips, icy blue eyes, and long straight white hair. Although her face is mostly round, she has a notoriously pointy chin, which could likely be a reference to her mask initially seen in Castlevania II: Simon's Quest. She is also seen wearing a black and crimson red ombre dress, sporting golden shoulder plates and matching heels. While in Styria, Carmilla 2 always dons several long, elegant blood-red dresses with golden accessories and heels. Her nightgown had an open cleavage with a single button below the chest and golden, rounded shoulder pads. Carmilla is portrayed as a femme fatale, both seductive and manipulative.
