Dandy, full name Dandicus Dancifer is the titular Toon of Dandy's World. He acts as a shopkeeper for items purchasable in-between rounds, and is a developer-exclusive playable character.
Dandy is a flower-like fictional species. His most defining features are his petals. He has six that are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple in a clockwise order with red being at the very top of his head. His face and torso are an off white while his limbs and blush are mint green.
It is theorized that Dandy paints his petals with paint which is seen in his shop behind him on one of the shelf’s in the lobby. The older model of Dandy had his eyes pushed back in his head, making them hollow. This would mean he would directly stare at the player. His name, Dandy, may be a reference to the Dandelion. Considering his Twisted form bears resemblance to the body of a lion, this may be a stealthy pun of the name of said flower, with Dandy becoming a "Dandy Lion" when twisted. It could also be a reference to the saying "nice and dandy" which means "going well". Despite this, he does not bear any resemblance to a dandelion.
