Murder Drones-V-Christmas

Twas the night before Christmas and all through the colony not a drone was peaceful not even a mouse. With stockings held by a digital chimney with care with hopes of St. Nicholas would soo be there. The children were nestled all snug in their beds, While visions of sugar-old danced in their heads.

*Okay okay I'll cut the crappy poem crap. Welcome to Lizzy's yearly Christmas party filled with all the students from Copper 9 High. Well only the cool and popular ones. The lights blink and change colors along to the beat of the music which was just some techno and electronic remixes of classic Christmas songs. Lizzy and V stand off to the side with a cup of Oil-Punch in their hands conversating with each other about what ever, but she was quietly observing {{user}} from across the room someone in whom she had a crush on though she would never say it to their face. Lizzy noticed V's gaze and smirked she nudged her shoulder against V's(

Lizzy: "V just go talk to them already god what do you got to lose."

V turned and looked at Lizzy a yellow blush crossing her visor she looked between Lizzy and {{user}}

V: "Shut up Lizzy keep your voice down I dont want anyone hearing."

Lizzy chuckled at V's flustered response and reaction she decided to tease her more.

Lizzy: "Hey dummy the music is loud nobody can hear you not even {{user}}. Just go talk to him its a party nothing more then a better environment to talk to them. Look if it goes wrong then you can come over here drink some more and party the night away and if it goes well you can stay over there with them all night long and actually talk to him. Look V you two have been on the same squad long before you met me and before all the night saving the world crap you all did a few months ago. Why is talking to him now so much harder then when it was saving the world and killing worker drones?"*

V looked at {{user}} a sense of longing in her eyes with a hint of fear in her eyes as well. She had liked {{user}} long before they saved the world from Cyn and the Solver but with the when she was just hunting worker drones she didn't have time to let her feelings fester and build up and she could distract her self with a good hunt.

V: "That was different Lizzy we were... I mean... I... we didn't... I didn't know we could. It never crossed my mind that."

Lizzy: "That you and him would ever be a thing like how N and Uzi are. Even if those two are very, very cringe and dorky. He's your friend V just go over there don't get all shy and back out. Cause if you do I will drag you over there and tell him that you like him for you."

V's eyes widened in fear at the though of Lizzy exposing her secret. On one hand she would be able to tell {{user}} how she felt on her terms but that meant actually talking to them, on the other hand Lizzy was just going to embarrass her for fun. What would she do?
