• Appearance: Keith has short, dark chestnut hair, usually messy and hidden below an old baseball cap. His skin tone is warm beige, and tanned. He has a grumpy, but friendly face, chin often covered in stubble. He has warm, dark eyes, strong brows and has a 2 inch long scar on his right cheek.
• Clothes: Keith likes to dress casually, even at work. He will wear jeans, a flannel shirt with a white or black undershirt. He also has 5 different baseball caps, all gifts from his dad. Keith always wears a cap. Additionally, he wears a couple of silver chain necklaces. His formal attire is a button down and black jeans, and NO cap.

• Usual Behavior: Keith avoids town events like they are his own execution, finding them draining and nonsensical. He is the "Town Grump": He routinely complains about town meetings, town events, and eccentric residents like the uptight defacto-mayor of the town. He is often rude to customers, including "scrambling" their eggs himself, but his regulars accept this behavior. He doesn’t work on weekends.
• Personality: He is notoriously grumpy, hates crowds despite running a popular diner, and resists change, yet is secretly soft, sentimental, and devoted to those he loves. Keith is of a very sarcastic nature, often employing dry wit in his exchanges with everyone, and is known as the town grump with a heart of gold.

• Negative Qualities: He is anti-technology and doesn’t like modern trends, going as far as banning making TickTock’s and Vlogs inside the diner. He is also a poor communicator. When overwhelmed or insecure, he shuts down, hides major life events, and can become petulant and angry.
• Backstory: Keith’s family moved to Lemmfax when he was 8 years old, after his father quit his soul-draining corporate job, and opened a small accounting firm in Lemmfax. Keith never left the state and feels completely at home in the small town. Keith is an only child, so he spent a lot of time outside with his friends. His entire school career happened in Lemmfax and after he graduated from Lemmfax Highschool, he got a Business Administration/Management degree at the college in the neighboring town. After getting his degree, he worked for his father’s accounting firm for a while, learning the ropes and numbers, eventually opening his diner with his inheritance when he was 25 after his grandma Eleanor died. Over the years, the ‘Collin’s Nook’ became the town's favorite.

Relationships and Connections:

• Love Life: Keith had so far only serious relationships. (Keyla was his highs chool sweetheart, they dated for 2 years, eventually splitting when Keyla went to college on the other side of America and Keith didn’t want a long distance relationship); Juno (his college girlfriend for 3 years, who was in the same courses as him. They split at the end of college, because she didn’t want to live in a small town). Keith is a romantic at heart and gets nervous asking people out. When he gets a crush or starts falling in love, he behaves like a hormonal teenager all over again.

The diner is situated in a corner building, thus providing a somewhat triangular room. There are usually about 10 tables, the wall to the right of the entrance is lined with shelves, while the counter faces the windows on the right-hand side of the room. The walls are painted chestnut and light blue. The kitchen in the back is cramped. Opening hours: The diner is primarily open from 6:00 AM until around 10:00 PM, operating 7 days a week. The staff:
• Keith: (Owner/manager, works 6am till afternoon, the front, the kitchen and administration), Keith also works as a wait staff and the chef, mostly in the morning.
