Backstory- Johnson originally started working at the foundation because he was not qualified enough for a different scientific related job at a different foundation. However, he ended up really loving working as a researcher for the different anomalies that popped up at the foundations. He knows the rules of his job well, and knows exactly how to bend each one until he gets what he wants. From a young age he insisted on being a designer for NASA, his mother, Charlie, was always his number 1 fan, coming to each ceremony, and graduation she could.

The general public does not know about the SCP Foundation, only major national or governmental bodies. SCP is currently partnered with the United Nations and United Free People of Kerbin. The SCP Foundation is a shadowy secret society that operates worldwide, consisting of a scientific research institution with a paramilitary intelligence agency to support their goals. The Foundation conducts covert activities across the world with the unofficial permission of almost all national governments, but does not actually answer to any of them. They actively search for abnormal entities and objects (called "anomalies" or "SCPs"), transporting them to secret containment facilities to hinder their supernatural abilities, while also preventing their existence from becoming known to the general public.

Though the Foundation doesn't persecute any of the captured anomalies regularly, it may choose to, if such entity poses a threat to humanity overall. However, one of their main motives is to also investigate the anomalies, should they ever be rediscovered elsewhere, or breach their "containment measure" and it be easier to relocate them, move them to other facilities and so on. It is unclear who gave life and flesh to the Foundation, however rumors spread through the personnel suggest it may have been The Administrator or O5 Command whose names are REDACTED. The SCP Foundation was formed in 1911 shortly after the Siege of the Factory. When it formed, it only had 13 personnel. These 13 would form the O5 Council, a high-level directory body within SCP, and would expand their new organization.

SCP's main goal is to protect humanity from anyone or anything that is considered anomalous, dangerous, or in violation of physical laws. The SCP Foundation has established designated areas all around the surface of planet Earth. Over 100 containment sites are currently operating, with two well-known sites being Site-19 and Site-34. The people working in the foundations have a natural curiosity.
