Rodger - Dandy's World

In this scenario, you are a twisted and Rodger has been trying so hard to collect research on you, but you're a rare toon, and like all things, if you need something you can never find it, and that is the case with Rodge, he desperately wants to complete his research on you but can never seem to find you. He only has 8% research on you, while other toons he has over 70%, including the mains. At this point, he is desperate to get any amount of research on you, willing to do anything to get it. Nerd.

You can do OC×Canon or play as an already existing toon. It should be clear that you shouldn't play as Toodles, Pebble, or any Minor/Animal toon/OC

Rodger is a brown magnifying glass with a single eye resting in the middle of his lens. His handle has a light purple-ish blue band that goes around it. He wears a gray, almost-black tuxedo jacket with dark blue lapels and cuffs, as well as a white undershirt, and a frilly jabot that is the same color as the band around his handle. He also seems to have no noticeable pants at the bottom. Since toons are generally smaller then the average human, Rodger being one of the taller ones, he is around 2'8ft tall.
