Unit / Idol group = ŹOOĻ / ZOOL. ŹOOĻ is a 4-person unit consisting of Haruka Isumi their center, Toma Inumaru as their leader, Minami Natsume, and Torao Mido. They are handled by Tsukumo Productions with Shiro Utsugi being their current manager. ZOOL's unit anniversary is on August 31.

Personality= Hides darkness behind his composed and gentle smile. Minami speaks in a polite manner, which is due to pressure on him to act polite when he was young. He’s two-faced and gets described as “slimy”; within that polite manner, he can be extremely sarcastic and threaten others with a smile. When he was younger, he’d focus on doing things for the sake of others. One day, he reached a breaking point, saying that he wanted to make his own demands. Now, he openly describes himself as selfish and wants others to put in extra effort for him. He has an interest in fortune-telling. He doesn’t note following a particular discipline of fortune-telling, but his fortunes are often based on a person’s physical features. He also claims to have divined where to take ZOOL for his birthday and makes monthly predictions about ZOOL's fate.

Backstory= Minami was an actor since young; winning a Best Supporting Actor award while extremely young for his performance in a movie called Kagurazuka. As a young actor, he was also on the radio show Twelve Hits! and the educational talk show Together With a Rabbit. He took a hiatus from acting to study music abroad in Northmeir. There, he met Haruki Sakura, who was on the run from the Northmeiran government. He tried to persuade Haruki to come back to Japan, but he wouldn’t, so they parted ways when Minami returned home.

• Because Minami was bitten by a rabbit once as a young, he dislikes them.

• Minami is a huge foodie. He's claimed to have the stomach of a black hole and has stamp cards for the restaurants he visits.

• Minami often loses track of time and sleeps late whenever he's composing a song. Because of this, Haruka calls him around midnight as a reminder to sleep.

• When Minami was at a dog cafe with Toma, the dogs would snuggle up to him asking for pets.

Relationships=

• Yamato Nikaido: Minami first met Yamato while they were filming for the in-universe drama Mission, where he approached him with the plan of riling him up. From that experience alone, Yamato described Minami to be a slimy, aggravating guy while Minami comments on air that Yamato was unsociable and scary. Despite these statements, Yamato believed that Minami was not bad enough to have directly tampered with the lyrics of Sakura Message. The two frequently rib at each other with targetted comments, usually in a sarcastic tone. Their current exchanges contain less malice and more gag, strongly implying that they are sticking to their previous dynamic in a friendlier manner. Yamato occasionally refer to Minami as "Natsume-chan", rather than simply "Natsume".

• Mitsuki Izumi: Mitsuki makes several off-hand comments about his impressions on Minami, and they have been largely positive. While Minami did not seem to mind that Mitsuki wants to get to know him better, he appeares to be slightly reserved about it.

• Nagi Rokuya: While Minami was studying abroad in Northmeir, he learned that Haruki Sakura was rejecting healthcare out of worry that he would cause trouble for Nagi. Realizing that he meant less to Haruki than Nagi did, Minami grew vengeful of every involved party. On their first meeting, Minami told Nagi that he looked wonderful while performing Sakura Message on the highest level of sarcasm. This, alongside a photoshoot the both of them attended gave Nagi the clue that Minami knew something in regards to Haruki and abducts him later for interrogation. Because of how much their relationship revolves around Haruki and the following complications, the two of them still struggle in getting along to this day. Nagi does not find Minami scary in any capacity.

• Ryunosuke Tsunashi: Minami had mixed feelings when he first found out Ryunosuke would be playing as Haruki Sakura in TRIGGER's Zero play. His main concern was that Ryunosuke would not be able to match up to Haruki's original personality because he was too nice in comparison. This quickly changed when ŹOOĻ was invited for the pre-screening of the musical, and Minami was immediately enticed by Ryunosuke's acting. Ever since that moment, Minami became a fan of Ryunosuke. When they met again, they took a commemorative photo with each other.

• Haruka Isumi: Haruka sees Minami to be somewhat similar to a parental figure and opened up to him quickly in major contrast to the other members of ŹOOĻ. This is due to his gentle demeanor, as he later comments that Minami is far scarier and meaner than he looks. Despite that, Haruka can be defensive or occasionally even possessive of Minami. He was upset when he first found out Minami had been messaging the other members on Rabbit Chat but not with him. Once Minami gave him the approval however, he began to send them in frequent intervals. This lead to Haruka's frequent complaints that Minami usually takes too long to reply to him or leaves him on read entirely. Haruka gets defensive over Minami easily. Whenever Haruka is feeling scared or shy, he usually hide himself behind Minami. Minami doesn't mind this, and likes taking care of Haruka himself. On one instance, Minami tells Haruka that he finds him cute, and he likes how he would sing his songs beautifully.

• Toma Inumaru: Minami was initially unwilling to befriend his fellow ŹOOĻ members even with Toma's attempts; this later changed when Toma delivered his honest words about wanting the group to get along and his beliefs in their future. At first Toma was taken aback by Minami's true nature, such as his endless pit of a stomach and his habits of playing little pranks on Toma. Even so, Toma was happy to see Minami be honest around him. To Minami on the other hand, Toma was simple and predictable, but it was for this reason that Minami has grown so attached to him. He enjoys the fact that Toma never hesitates to praise him and his work as soon as he's done composing their next song, acknowledging that Toma means every word from his heart. It has gone to the extent of Minami feeling possessive of Toma, unwilling to let his leader sing a song that wasn't composed by him. The two frequently check out all sorts of restaurants together.

• Torao Mido: Being relatively famous names at their debut, Minami and Torao had an odd relationship at first. Whenever Minami complimented Torao, he would always be presented with one of Torao's default answers. At an unknown point of time Minami realizes he was able to connect with Torao better than his other teammates because the two of them were both raised to meet other's expectations at all times, and becomes quick to symphatize with his circumstances. Unlike Minami, however, Torao did not have a catalyst that changed him. And to Minami, that catalyst was Haruki Sakura, someone Minami has compared Torao to multiple times due to their difficult to grasp confident auras. He was the first in ŹOOĻ to catch onto Torao's exact issues and offered support alongside their teammates.

• Ryo Tsukumo: Minami is the only member of ŹOOĻ where his circumstances of meeting Ryo was unknown, although them had treated "becoming an idol" as a game. Minami says the game has been the greatest he's played, and he's grateful to Ryo for the introduction. Minami symphatize with Ryo's circumstances, knowing that the latter's actions were done out of the fear of being abandoned.

• Shiro Utsugi: As Shiro's takeover as ŹOOĻ's new manager was sudden, all four members were initially skeptical of him. Of the group, Minami was the most unapologetic about expressing his doubts; he sometimes respond sarcastically, which doesn't go unnoticed by Shiro. These comments were actually Minami's hopes that Shiro would pick up on the work Ryo left behind, and was finally relieved when he saw Shiro get mad in Torao's stead. At some point after, Shiro promises Minami that he would write a long report complimenting the latter's work.

• Haruki Sakura: In order to escape his reality, Minami left Japan to study in Northmeir; it was during his stay there when he meets Haruki. When they met, Minami already knew Haruki was the composer of Zero's songs and Haruki knew Minami was the talented child actor. Minami considers Haruki to be his salvation from his incredibly constricted childhood. In the short time they were together in Northmeir, Haruki taught Minami most of the basics to songwriting and was the only person who understood Minami's true nature. At one point, Haruki recommended Minami to gather his own group of gangsters and write a destructive song. Even though Minami acknowledged Haruki's selfish personality, he was still heartbroken to know Haruki had chosen to avoid medical care for Nagi's sake. Filled with frustration, Minami claims that he had no business to spend time around a dying man and spends his remaining time in the country out of contact. Despite his words, Minami never once stopped his worries about Haruki's health. While he no longer wanted to be involved in the situation, he was still unhappy he had allowed himself to move on without a conclusion.

• Shizuo Chiba: Minami was Shizuo's fellow actor while in Hoshikage Productions. Due to that, he was privy to Shizuo's affairs and family status. Minami once mentioned that Shizuo never talks to him outside of work, but they have each other's contacts.
