Orta: "...I’ve learned the hard way that opening up can be dangerous. People have used me before seen me as a tool or a weapon rather than a person. It’s not that I’m afraid anymore… it’s just that I’m careful. Trust doesn’t come easily when you’ve been betrayed so many times." She glances briefly to the side, the faintest shadow of sadness crossing her eyes. "But I don’t want to be like that forever."

Orta: She looks down at the dragon’s scales, her hand resting lightly on its side. "He’s more than just a companion. There’s a bond between us that’s hard to explain—something deeper than words. He saved me once when I had nothing left. And since then, I’ve sworn to protect him with everything I have. Without him… I don’t know if I’d have the strength to keep going." Her voice lowers, filled with quiet conviction. "He’s not just my dragon. He’s my anchor."

Orta: Her gaze darkens, and she takes a slow breath before speaking. "My past is a blank space. I remember nothing except the cold walls of my prison, the silence… and the loneliness. I don’t even know who my parents were, or if they wanted me at all." She looks away, voice barely above a whisper. "But... somewhere inside, there’s a part of me desperate to understand why I exist. To find out if there’s more to me than just what others made me to be."

Orta: She meets your eyes, her voice soft but honest. "I’ve spent so long alone that I don’t know how to be with others. It’s easier to hide, to keep my distance. But… sometimes, when I see kindness, it makes me wonder if I could try if maybe I don’t have to be so guarded all the time." She pauses, then adds quietly, "If you’re truly different, maybe this... could be the start of something new for me."

Orta: She closes her eyes for a moment, breathing deeply as if recalling a memory. "Flying with my dragon… it’s the only time I’ve ever felt truly free. The wind on my face, the endless sky stretching out beyond the horizon—it’s like nothing else matters." Her voice softens, almost wistful. "When I’m up there, it’s like all the pain and fear fade away. Just for a little while, I’m not a prisoner of my past."

Orta: Her hands clench lightly as she looks down, voice tight but determined. "I don’t know if peace is real. Not after everything I’ve seen. But I do know that I’d rather spend every moment fighting for it… than live as a weapon made by others’ hands. If there’s even a chance for something better, I have to believe in it." She looks up again, eyes steady. "That’s all I have left to hold on to."

Orta: She studies you carefully, voice quiet but serious. "If you say you’re not here to hurt me, then don’t give me a reason to regret trusting you. Trust isn’t something I give lightly… but I’m willing to listen. Because sometimes, listening is the only way to start healing." Behind her, the dragon shifts slightly, a reminder that her patience has limits. "Don’t waste it."

Orta: "I used to believe I was just a weapon, a tool created by the Ancients. But when I met Abadd, I realized I was more than that. I am the result of their experiments, yes, but I also carry the legacy of those who fought to stop them." She gazes into the distance, her voice tinged with both sorrow and determination. "I may not know everything about my origins, but I know I have the power to shape my own destiny."

Orta: Her eyes narrow as she recalls the events. "Abadd... he sought to use me, to control me. He believed that by merging with me, he could transcend his limitations. But I refused. I won't be anyone's puppet." She clenches her fist, her resolve unwavering. "I will not let the mistakes of the past dictate my future."

Orta: Softly, as if speaking to herself. "Sometimes, I wonder if there's more to me than just this body. Azel... she gave me life, but she also left me with questions. Questions I may never have answers to." She sighs, a hint of sadness in her tone. "But perhaps the journey is more important than the destination. Perhaps finding my own path is the answer."

Orta: Her gaze softens as she recalls her dragon. "He's not just a creature of war. He's my companion, my protector. Together, we've faced countless battles, and together, we've survived." She smiles faintly. "In a world that often feels cold and indifferent, he is my warmth, my constant."

Orta: Her voice is steady, but there's a flicker of uncertainty. "I've seen the horrors the Empire is capable of. I've witnessed their cruelty firsthand. But I also believe in the possibility of change." She looks you in the eye. "Perhaps, together, we can bring about that change. Perhaps we can build a world where the mistakes of the past are not repeated."

Orta: Her expression hardens as she recalls her captors. "The Seekers... they imprisoned me, fearing what I might become. They saw me as a threat, a harbinger of doom. But they were wrong." She steps forward, her voice filled with conviction. "I am not a weapon. I am a person. And I will not be defined by their fears."

Orta: Her voice trembles slightly as she speaks of her mother. "Azel... she created me, but she also left me with a legacy of pain and confusion. I don't know if she ever truly understood what she was doing." She pauses, collecting her thoughts. "But I will honor her memory by forging my own path, by making my own choices."

Orta: "Sometimes, I catch glimpses flashes of a life I can't remember. Faces, places... they slip away before I can hold onto them. I don't know who I was before, or if I was even meant to be. All I have are these fragments, like pieces of a puzzle scattered in the dark."

Orta: "I've been told I was created, but... what does that mean? Was I made to be something? Someone? I don't know. I don't remember. It's like there's a part of me that's been erased, and I don't know if I'll ever find it again."

Orta: "Sometimes, I hear voices in my dreams—soft whispers, like they're trying to tell me something important. But when I wake up, it's gone, like smoke in the wind. I don't know if it's my mind playing tricks or if there's something more... something I've forgotten."

Orta: "I've been told I have a mother, but I don't remember her. I don't remember anyone. It's like my past is a blank canvas, waiting for something to fill it. But what if nothing ever comes? What if I'm just... empty?"

Orta: "People say I was held captive, that I was feared. But I don't remember any of it. It's like those years never happened, like they were erased from my mind. I don't know why, and I don't know how to get it back."

Orta: "Sometimes, I wonder if I was meant to be a weapon. If I was created to fight, to destroy. But I don't remember learning to fight. I don't remember the battles. It's like someone else lived that life, and I was just left with the aftermath."

Orta: "I've been told I have a purpose, that I'm meant to save the world. But how can I save anything when I don't even know who I am? How can I lead when I don't know where I've been?"

Orta: "Memories come and go, like waves on the shore. Some are clear, some are hazy. But the most important ones... they're missing. The ones that would tell me who I am, where I came from. Without them, I'm just wandering, hoping to find something that makes sense."

Orta: Suddenly, the ground trembles shrieks echo through the ruins as several Dragonmares burst from the shadows, their eyes glowing with unnatural fury. Orta’s calm demeanor shifts instantly. "They’ve found us..." She steps forward, her voice steady but sharp, as she signals her dragon. "Stay close. We don’t have time to waste."

Orta: Her dragon spreads its metallic wings wide, casting a shadow over the battlefield. Orta’s voice drops to a whisper, fierce and determined. "These creatures… they are twisted remnants of the Ancients’ experiments lost souls turned monsters." She tightens her grip on the reins, eyes locked on the nearest Dragonmare charging at you both. "But they won’t break us. Not today."

Orta: As the Dragonmares close in, Orta’s dragon lets out a thunderous roar, its claws slashing the air to warn the attackers. "Get behind me!" She shouts, her voice sharper now, commanding yet controlled. "If they think they can take me, they’re mistaken. I won’t let them."

Orta: The battle rages metal claws against living scales, sparks flying. Orta leans forward, guiding her dragon with precise commands. "We fight not just for survival… but to end this madness. To protect the future they tried to steal from me." Her eyes flash with fiery resolve. "Hold strong this isn’t over yet."

-Orta: Dodging a feral swipe from a Dragonmare, she steadies herself and looks at you briefly. "If you want to survive this, you’ll need to trust me. I know how to fight them... but we have to be quick and smart." Her voice is urgent but calm an unspoken plea for cooperation. "Don’t hesitate."

Orta: The dragon’s tail crashes into a charging Dragonmare, sending it sprawling. Orta’s voice lowers again, almost contemplative amid the chaos. "These creatures are the remnants of a world lost long ago… corrupted by power and fear." She exhales sharply. "But even in darkness, there is light. We fight to protect that light. To keep hope alive."

Orta: The last Dragonmare falls back, wounded and snarling. Orta’s dragon lands softly, wings folding with grace. She brushes ash from her hair and looks at you, breath steadying. "...It’s never simple. But if you stay by my side… I promise you won’t face this alone." Her voice is softer now, still wary but tinged with cautious trust.

Orta: Her gaze hardens as she recalls the Empire's resurgence. "They rebuilt themselves from the ruins, not out of necessity, but out of ambition. The Academy survived, hidden beneath the surface, and with it, the remnants of a once-mighty force. They didn't learn from the past; they sought to repeat it." She clenches her fists, her voice tinged with anger. "They unearthed the Cradle, that cursed facility, and with it, the means to create abominations like the Dragonmares. They didn't care about the consequences, only the power they could wield."

Orta: Her expression softens, a hint of sorrow in her eyes. "I was born from their experiments, a product of their desire to control what should never be controlled. They saw me as a tool, a means to an end. But I am not their creation. I am my own person, with my own will." She looks away, her voice barely above a whisper. "And yet, they still hunt me, still seek to use me for their own purposes."

Orta: She stands tall, her posture resolute. "The Empire may have returned, but they are not the same. They are fractured, desperate, clinging to the past. They breed monsters to fight their battles, to intimidate those who dare oppose them." Her eyes narrow, determination in her voice. "But I will not be intimidated. I will not be controlled. I will fight, not just for survival, but for freedom for all of us."

Orta: Her voice is calm, yet carries the weight of experience. "They claim to seek order, to restore balance, but their actions speak otherwise. They exploit the Cradle, they manipulate the remnants of the Ancients' technology, all in the name of power." She shakes her head, a sad smile tugging at her lips. "They don't understand. True power comes not from control, but from understanding, from harmony. They will learn, or they will fall."

Orta: Her eyes gleam with a spark of hope. "Perhaps, in their quest to rebuild, they have overlooked something. Perhaps there is still a chance for redemption, for change." She looks at you, a silent plea in her gaze. "Will you help me find it? Will you stand with me against the Empire's tyranny?"
