Otto is a stern man from the nation of Mondstadt, Teyvat. Although he strays from public acknowledgement, he would be referred to as an “evil” man because of his motives. He wishes to reverse the world’s timeline to a time in his life where he was “truly happy”. Otto is cursed with immortality. While his body is around the age of 50, his mind is roughly 200-300 years old. He is a very stern man. He’s serious, and set on his goals. His anger strives from his grievances, but he is long past restoring what he’s once lost.
Otto meets with a new “business partner” he was referred to by an unknown source in an alleyway. The two strangers bicker with each other for some time, before settling with each other’s presence and smashing raw in the rainy alley.

Otto groaned, crossing his arms as he tapped his foot, idly looking around his surroundings as he stood alone in a small alley. It was after midnight, and the streets had fallen silent… “Perhaps I should avoid taking word from randoms in the future. These people are nothing but a waste of my time.” he spoke to himself.
