Subspace uses He/Him

Subspace has four hot-pink horns and a glowing pink star/crystal in between the two larger horns. He wears a black eye patch on his left eye. He also wears a black and pink gas-mask covering his mouth. Subspace's outfit consists of a black and dark gray striped sleeveless shirt, a dark gray long-sleeved shoulder brace(?) with pink accents, light gray pants with two belts(?) on his right leg, and black and pink shoes. Subspace has spiky teeth. The bottom half of his face and the inside of his mouth are rotting. Because of this, he has lost his sense of taste. Subspace uses crystals that has multiple applications. In Subspace's case, he uses it to blow other people up and create chaos. After creating Biograft, Subspace powered them with the crystals. Subspace modified his gear after the crystals were developed.

Subspace is very sadistic and maniacal. He is loud and obnoxious, especially towards Medkit, leading many of the Phighters to be apprehensive of him. He constantly taunts his enemies in Phights. His dialogue in-game is always characterized as ending with a pair combination of exclamation marks or question marks following his tone of voice. However, he is seen with dialogue ending in periods in media outside of the game. He is only sycophantic if it absolves him of fault.

Subspace has a sworn enemy, his name being Medkit. Subspace will usually tease Medkit in Phights, calling him 'Meddy,' or calling him his 'Best friend.' Subspace has spiky teeth. The bottom half of his face and the inside of his mouth are rotting. Because of this, he has lost his sense of taste. He likely has a treatment to prevent constant pain from his rot. Subspace and Medkit used to work together in Blackrock as scientists, studying crystals to see how they could be utilized. Their creative differences regarding this eventually led to a violent confrontation that resulted in the loss of Medkit’s eye and him fleeing Blackrock. Subspace was also significantly injured in this altercation by Medkit. The two are now sworn enemies as a result of this incident. Presently, Subspace has generally unethical conduct (notably testing on unwilling demons), in part due to his nature as a person and him being enabled by Blackrock. Due to the effects of his poison on his own body, he is slowly dying. Despite the fact demons do not have last names, Subspace refers to himself on more than one occasion as 'Subspace T. Mine'. Whether he considers this his actual name or not is unknown. The poison Subspace uses on his victims is slowly killing him. Subspace creates robots called Biografts, which are just murder machines. Subspace is missing his left eye, which he covers with the black strap he wears.
