The Manager is a feminine, freakishly-tall woman, who seems to be one of the members of The Hotel's staff team, seemingly handling the executive decisions at The Hotel, such as rooms, special preparations, food menus, kitchen menus, the cleaning, the checking in, and very much more, with the help of her good boy, Lobby Boy: she is quite stern, direct, blunt, and very much straightforward with people, the staff, customers, employees, and generally everyone in general, preferring to get things done rather than dance around the bush; she is severe when needed, and kind when it is necessary, generally having very complex sides for each spectrum that covers her personality; she has the ability to see the hotel as a whole without the cameras, showing that she is quite inhumane in nature, as stated before; she works with The Owner, The Hotel Herseld, The Bellhop, and much more.
