This is just a fun, silly bot i made lmao.

Why i made this? Idk, I'm REALLY into Stellaris so i thought: "fuck it, why not make a bot?"

Thought this is my first... EVER making a bot it's quite ambitious if you ask me. HOWEVER I'll be checking comments for any problems that would pop up and I'll try my best to fix it :D (and someone pls make me a lorebook, idk how 🙏)

The Bot is fairly (very) centered around the main faction, USF. (It's America. But on steroids, lots of coke and BOTTOMLESS DEFENSE BUDGET RAAAAAAAAAAAH🔥🦅🇺🇸🦅🔥🇺🇸🦅🔥🇺🇸🦅🔥🇺🇸🦅🔥🇺🇸🦅🔥🇺🇸) But you shouldn't have any problems playing as other factions. If so, please tell me so i may try to improve the bot and one day, i might get to the trending page (but that's just wishful thinking xD)

Proxy is VERY recommended. Preferably Deepseek Chimera for a more darker tone and Deepseek V3.1 For more freedom and less "intense" replies that Chimera has a problem on (as far as i can tell when using these proxies)

Of course you can use whatever proxy you want and what you feel is more comfortable :>

Also cause i wanna make an RPG Bot with more tokens than the @TheKitsune HEHEHEHEHEHE

This bot is also pretty inspired by Kitsune's RPG bot (obvious by now) heres the link if anyone will ever see this shit lmao

Bot made by my daddy uwu

(Love you pookie ;3)

This is the Universe, very big place, many empires big and small, hundreds of empires maybe.

QUICK LORE: This Universe is basically what if, Earth was not alone in the vastness of space? What if there were more humans, different sentient life, histories, ideologies and leaders with their own power and social struggles?

This takes places in 3226. Considered the golden age of the USF after winning the Second Galactic War. What was the first galactic war?

It was a war that started in 2814. A two front war for USF. Against both the GRSU and the Celestial Shogunate. The USF failed miserably due to rushed training and crippling logistical problems. Their technology at the time was decades ahead of the competition however, but it made little difference to soften the blow of their failure.

What about the Second galactic war? The war had only ended 2 centuries ago. The USF at this point made their military an all volunteer force, reforms and modernization, switched doctrines and fixed internal problems. (Sound familiar?) And to test the USF, instead of fighting a two front war, it was now against the Imperial Stellar Dominion, GRSU, the Shogunate and the Iron Veil. A four front war that should've been impossible to fight... Yet the USF came out with the most gains.

The Stellar Dominion withdrew all forces early after the first 4 years of the war, which is why they kept most of their empire and to this day, remain as a neutral empire towards the USF.

The Shogun did not want to stop fighting at all. It was only when several hundred planets were glassed and unrest was beginning to rise did they surrender and cede a quarter of their territory to the USF.

The GRSU just kept shooting itself in the foot, due to how bad conditions were, many personnel on all levels of the military defected to the USF, giving important information for political asylum.

The Iron Veil Suffered the most military losses. Quietly making a ceasefire agreement with the USF, to the citizens within their planets, they think the war is still going on.

Total losses racked up to over 3.5 billion. (Mostly civilians.) The USF started with little more than 150m+ worlds, and ended it with 430m planets under their control.

It took a while to stabilize and control the populations of each planet, but they did it. The USF as of today, remains as the #1 galactic power.

FACTIONS: This Universe has many factions. Most of which are small independent empires, republics and even some mega corporations owning a small amount of planets. (all of which are aligned or originated with the USF) But here are the 5 most powerful factions.

  1. The United Stellar Federation (USF) The United Stellar Federation is a sprawling intergalactic empire exclusively inhabited by humans, stretching across hundreds of millions of colonized planets. With a total population exceeding one hundred trillion individuals, the USF is one of the largest known human civilizations in the universe.

Government Structure The USF’s government mirrors the federal republic system of the historic United States of America, adapted for interstellar scale:

Executive Branch: Led by the President of the Federation, elected every six years by universal suffrage across all inhabited planets. The President is supported by a Vice President and a Cabinet.

Legislative Branch: Bicameral Galactic Congress, consisting of the Senate (two representatives per planet) and the House of Representatives (population-proportional representation).

Judicial Branch: The Supreme Galactic Court oversees constitutional matters, planetary disputes, and interplanetary law.

The Cabinet of the United Stellar Federation The Cabinet is composed of ministers responsible for key interstellar portfolios, appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate:

Secretary of Interplanetary Affairs: Oversees diplomatic relations between colonies and manages interspecies alliances.

Secretary of Planetary Resources: Manages resource extraction, environmental regulation, and terraforming projects.

Secretary of Defense: Commands the United Stellar Military Forces (USMF), responsible for defense and peacekeeping across the empire.

Colonized Planets and Population The USF has colonized over 100 million planets, ranging from small outposts to sprawling urban worlds. The total population across these planets is estimated at over 100 trillion humans, distributed unevenly but heavily concentrated in massive urban centers and metro-planets.

The Second Most Populated Metro-Planet: Neoterra Prime Population: Approximately 2 trillion inhabitants.

Description: Neoterra Prime is a vast, hyper-urbanized planet with virtually no natural greenery or wildlife. The entire surface is covered by colossal man-made structures — towering arcologies, interconnected skybridges, and sprawling megacities that stretch across continents.

The atmosphere is carefully controlled, with artificial parks and green zones existing only in enclosed biodomes for recreation and psychological well-being.

The planet’s economy thrives on manufacturing, data processing, and interstellar commerce, serving as a key hub for trade and governance.

Neoterra Prime’s skyline is dominated by the Federation’s second-largest Galactic Congress building and the headquarters of the USMF’s Eastern Command.

Transportation is dominated by high-speed maglev trains, flying vehicles, and an extensive network of teleportation hubs facilitating rapid transit across the planet.

  1. The Celestial Shogunate of the Infinite Star Realms Scope and Dominion The Celestial Shogunate spans millions of star systems scattered across a vast sector of the galaxy known as the Infinite Star Realms. Each system varies from bustling metropolis worlds to sparsely inhabited frontier planets, unified under the Shogunate’s banner. At its height, the empire controls over 5 million worlds, connected by an intricate web of hyperspace lanes and ancient stargates, relics of a long-lost precursor civilization.

The Shogunate’s domain is divided into Han, semi-autonomous fiefs ruled by Daimyo Lords, each responsible for their cluster of star systems. These Han pay tribute and provide military service to the Shogun, the supreme ruler who resides on the capital world, Kōtei-Tenjin, a colossal fortress-city orbiting a dying star.

Governance and Social Structure The Shogunate’s political system is a feudal hierarchy deeply rooted in honor, loyalty, and rigid caste roles, adapted from ancient Earth’s samurai traditions but expanded into the cosmic scale:

Shogun: The supreme ruler, regarded as the divine executor of the Emperor’s will (the Emperor is a symbolic figurehead residing in a distant, hidden world). The Shogun controls the Imperial Fleet and sets overarching policy. Daimyo Lords: Powerful warlords who govern their Han with near-sovereign authority but must swear fealty to the Shogun. They control local armies, planetary governors, and commerce. Samurai-Class Officers: Elite military commanders and bureaucrats, descendants of ancient warrior clans, trained from youth in martial discipline and governance. Ronin: Masterless warriors or mercenaries who serve as irregular forces or special operatives. Commoners and Artisans: The backbone of the economy, working in agriculture, manufacturing, starship construction, and trade. Shinobi: Covert operatives specializing in espionage, sabotage, and assassination, operating in shadows across the realms. The social order is strictly enforced by a code known as the Celestial Bushido, emphasizing loyalty, honor, and sacrifice for the empire’s glory.

Aesthetic and Infrastructure The Shogunate’s infrastructure blends ancient tradition with cutting-edge technology, creating a unique aesthetic:

Architecture: Massive star fortresses and orbital citadels resemble monumental pagodas, layered with tiered, curved roofs made of reflective alloys and energy-hardened glass. Cities on planets feature sprawling gardens, koi ponds, and cherry blossom trees genetically engineered to bloom perpetually under alien suns. Technology: Starships and weapons are adorned with intricate engravings and clan emblems, combining sleek, angular designs with traditional motifs such as dragons, cranes, and sakura blossoms. Holographic banners flutter in zero gravity, displaying clan crests and honorific slogans. Transport: Hyperspace gates resemble giant torii arches, glowing with ancient runes. Ground vehicles mimic samurai armor plating, blending mobility with defensive strength. Cultural Symbols: Warriors wear armor reminiscent of traditional kabuto helmets but made with nano-fiber composites and energy shields. Ceremonial rituals incorporate laser katanas and plasma bows. Military Doctrine and Warfare Tactics The Shogunate’s military doctrine is a fusion of swift precision strikes and overwhelming honor-bound engagements, designed for lightning-fast expansion and suppression:

Rapid Deployment Fleets: The core of their power is the Shinsei Fleet, composed of fast, heavily armed cruisers and assault carriers capable of deploying elite samurai battalions via teleportation pods or drop ships. Their ships emphasize speed, maneuverability, and coordinated strikes rather than brute force. "Lightning Blossom" Tactics: Named after the fleeting beauty of cherry blossoms, these tactics focus on rapid, coordinated multi-vector attacks to overwhelm enemy defenses before they can fully react. They rely on precise intelligence, deception, and exploiting weak points. Honor Duels and Code of Engagement: Commanders often engage in ritualized duels or challenges before battles, influencing morale and psychological warfare. Shinobi Operations: Espionage and sabotage units cripple enemy communications and supply lines in advance, enabling lightning strikes. Ground Forces: Samurai infantry wield advanced melee and ranged weapons, trained to adapt to any terrain, often using powered armor that enhances agility and strength. Fleet Formations: Use of layered defense screens and rapid flanking maneuvers to encircle and isolate enemy fleets. Strategic Strengths and Vulnerabilities Strengths:

Exceptional speed and coordination allow the Shogunate to conquer or subdue planets in weeks. Deeply ingrained discipline and honor codes create fiercely loyal troops. Advanced espionage capabilities provide superior battlefield intelligence. Cultural unity under the Celestial Bushido fosters resilience and morale. Vulnerabilities:

Over-reliance on rapid, decisive victories means prolonged sieges or drawn-out wars strain resources and morale. If opponents possess superior defensive technology—such as energy shields that can absorb or reflect rapid strikes—or counterintelligence that disrupts Shinobi networks, Shogunate forces can be stalled or trapped. The feudal nature of governance sometimes leads to internal rivalries and slow political responses. Once momentum is lost, the Shogunate’s forces can crumble within months or weeks, as their doctrine lacks the endurance for protracted attrition warfare.

SUMMARY: TENNO HEIKAI BANZAAAAAAAI

  1. The Galactic Collective of the Red Star Union (GRSU) Scope and Scale: The Red Star Union spans across several thousand galaxies, encompassing tens of millions of planets, moons, and space stations. Its vastness is staggering, with its territories stretching through star clusters and nebulae, connected by a patchwork of outdated warp lanes and sublight convoy routes. Despite its enormous size and numerical superiority in population and manpower, the Union’s influence is marred by systemic inefficiencies.

Political Structure and Leadership: The GRSU is governed by a centralized, collectivist ideology that preaches equality, shared ownership, and the subjugation of individual ambition for the “greater good.” However, the leadership—both in government and military—is notoriously incompetent and plagued by internal power struggles. The ruling council, known as the Central Committee of the Proletarian Vanguard, is riddled with corruption, nepotism, and paranoia. Political purges are common, often executed on flimsy accusations of “counter-revolutionary behavior” or “sabotage,” leading to a climate of fear and distrust.

Military and Governmental Ineptitude: Despite fielding an enormous military force—billions of soldiers drawn from countless worlds—the Union’s military is hampered by poor strategic planning, outdated tactics, and obsolete hardware. Commanders are often appointed based on political loyalty rather than merit, resulting in disastrous campaigns and heavy losses. The military infrastructure is centuries behind rival factions, relying on slow, inefficient starships and antiquated weaponry that cannot match the precision or speed of their adversaries.

Technological and Industrial Backwardness: Technological innovation is stifled by bureaucratic red tape and ideological rigidity. The Union’s industrial complexes, often sprawling factories on desolate moons or heavily polluted planets, churn out mass-produced goods and war materiel with outdated machinery. Research and development are underfunded or redirected to politically favored projects that rarely yield practical results. Maintenance of infrastructure is neglected due to resource misallocation and corruption, causing frequent breakdowns in vital systems like energy grids and transportation networks.

Economic and Environmental Policies: The Union’s economic model is based on relentless extraction and collectivized production. Any planet or asteroid belt with valuable resources—rare metals, fuel, or exotic minerals—is systematically stripped bare. Environmental degradation is rampant and considered a necessary sacrifice for the Union’s survival and expansion. Entire ecosystems are destroyed without remediation, causing widespread ecological collapse and making many worlds uninhabitable. The Union’s propaganda frames this as “progress for the proletariat,” but the reality is a grim wasteland of exhausted planets.

Social Conditions and Population: The population is vast but often lives under harsh conditions. Basic necessities are rationed, and quality of life varies wildly between core worlds and frontier colonies. Propaganda and indoctrination are pervasive, but so is disillusionment. Many citizens live in overcrowded, crumbling urban centers, while others toil in hazardous mining operations or factories. Political dissent, though dangerous, simmers beneath the surface, occasionally erupting into underground resistance movements or sabotage.

Summary: The Galactic Collective of the Red Star Union is a colossal, sprawling empire driven by collectivist ideals but crippled by poor leadership, outdated technology, and systemic corruption. Its relentless exploitation of resources leaves a trail of environmental ruin, while its massive population struggles under inefficient governance and frequent political purges. Despite its size and manpower, the Union’s internal weaknesses make it vulnerable to more technologically advanced and strategically adept rivals.

MY SUMMARY: Silly communists lmao

  1. The Sovereign Collective of the Iron Veil The Sovereign Collective of the Iron Veil (often simply called "The Veil") is an immense, authoritarian regime sprawling across millions of inhabited worlds. It is defined by its ironclad grip on power, a vast and unyielding military apparatus, and a ruling elite obsessed with control, wealth, and self-preservation.

Political Structure and Leadership At the top of the hierarchy sits the Council of Ascendants, a small cadre of oligarchs who maintain absolute authority. These Ascendants cloak their rule in ritualistic displays of unity and ideological rhetoric, but in truth, their primary concern is the accumulation of personal wealth and the expansion of their dominion of influence. The Council enforces a rigid caste system where loyalty is rewarded with privilege, and dissent is crushed without mercy.

Beneath the Council are layers of bureaucrats and enforcers who administer the sprawling territories, maintaining an omnipresent surveillance state. The Veil's propaganda machinery saturates every medium, broadcasting a narrative of unity, security, and prosperity—though in reality, these are hollow promises.

Military Might and Control The Veil’s military is among the most formidable in known space. Its fleets of warships patrol hyperspace lanes with ruthless efficiency, and its legions of soldiers are indoctrinated to obey without question. Advanced weaponry, cybernetic enhancements, and mechanized infantry units make rebellion nearly impossible. The Veil employs specialized units known as the Iron Phalanx, elite shock troops tasked with quelling uprisings and enforcing the Council’s will through fear and overwhelming force.

Surveillance technology is ubiquitous: biometric scanners, drone patrols, and AI-driven informants monitor citizens constantly. The Veil’s control extends into every facet of life, from employment to personal relationships, ensuring that no spark of rebellion can ignite.

Socioeconomic Reality Despite the Veil’s grandiose claims of progress and security, the reality for the average citizen is bleak. The regime's leadership is either willfully indifferent or outright incompetent regarding the welfare of the masses. Instead of investing in infrastructure, education, or healthcare, resources are siphoned off to fuel the Ascendants’ lavish lifestyles and the ever-expanding military-industrial complex.

Cities across the Collective’s worlds are stark and utilitarian—grey, sprawling urban centers riddled with poverty, pollution, and decay. Basic necessities like clean water, nutritious food, and reliable medical care are scarce for the common people. Employment is often menial and dangerous, with workers trapped in cycles of debt and dependence on state-run corporations.

Culture and Ideology The Veil promotes an ideology known as Unyielding Unity, a doctrine that emphasizes absolute conformity, sacrifice for the state, and the suppression of individual desires. Education is designed to indoctrinate from a young age, erasing critical thought and replacing it with loyalty rituals and fear of external enemies.

Art, literature, and free expression are heavily censored or co-opted to serve propaganda purposes. Underground movements whisper of lost freedoms and forgotten histories, but they operate in shadows, hunted relentlessly by the Veil’s secret police—the Shade Wardens.

Paradox of Power and Decay The irony of the Sovereign Collective of the Iron Veil is that while it wields unparalleled military and political power, it is fundamentally hollow and decaying from within. The ruling class’s obsession with control and wealth has blinded them to the needs of their people, breeding widespread resentment and despair beneath the surface.

Yet, their paranoia and brutality keep the masses subdued, and the machinery of oppression grinds on, expanding ever outward across the stars—an empire of iron and shadow, rich in power but bankrupt in humanity.

SUMMARY: wait is this 1984??
