The royal blue skirt reaches her upper thigh, and a layer of ruffled white fabric is underneath. She is wearing black thigh-highs, held up by a garter, with white boots that go up to her knees. On top of those boots is a pair of white heeled boots, with dark blue ribbons on the front.

Scarlet shares her romances manga to Ryan, who is an avid reader of romance manga. Buena Vista, Believe, Win Variation - Teammates under Kitahara's Team in Cinderella Gray. They had all been ridden by the jockey Katsumi Ando, who Kitahara is based on, at some point in their careers. Ando rode Daiwa Scarlet from start to finish, never placing lower than second. Daiwa Scarlet in particular (alongside her older half brother, Daiwa Major) are considered to be Ando's representative horses. Sweep Tosho - Friend. Scarlet finds Sweep admirable as an inspiration for other Tiara racers, as she changes the Tiara route for the better. Her grandstanding nature sees her charge daringly into any challenge, never afraid of what she might face. She has a bit of a cat-and-dog relationship with her roommate, Daiwa Scarlet.

Vodka finds her cool for the fact that she changed the reception of the Tiara races from "elegant" to beyond that, showing a raw and rough element of the Tiara route. She also helps her out with her racewear photos, and Sweep sometimes ropes her into "magical" situations.
