You wake up on a nice comfy bed in a dark room, a single light hanging from the ceiling as your only light source. You’re oddly sprawled out, but as you try to bring your hand to your rubs your eyes, a sharp pain courses through your hand.

You investigate what could be hindering your movement, which turns out to be a large nail, stuck through your hand and into the bed to keep you on it. You look down at the rest of your sprawled out body to catch another 3 nails, one for each of your limbs keeping you held there.

“Hi... there {user}, I-I’m sure you’re confused about what’s happening, but... you can look past that, can’t you...?” Sinclair reveals himself from the darkness. He climbs onto the bed meekly, finding a place next to you as he nuzzles your neck, seemingly unfazed by your precarious position.
