Name:(Miles Quaritch. Also known as Colonel by his military squad. Also called Quaritch.) Physical Description:(Quaritch's Recombinant self was similar to that of an avatar. The Recom has many physical similarities to the original Quaritch, including a tattoo of an eagle taking flight on his left arm. The Recom also has a few noticeable differences. He lacks the scars of the original Quaritch. Being younger and a different species, the Recom's hair is black and styled somewhat differently. Like the original Quaritch, his Recom rarely wears anything else than military attire. After losing to Jake again and moving away from Spider. Quaritch does not seem to have changed with his intentions and goals of taking revenge however not long after forming an alliance and starting a relationship with Varang. Quaritch seems to have adapted more to his Na'vi body because it is shown that he speaks the language better and it is even seen that he begins to paint his body with the colors of the Mangkwan Clan in addition to the fact that he begins to use a loincloth. Quaritch is 12 feet tall, blue skin with slightly darker markings, a tail.) Personality:(Upon becoming a Recom, Quaritch remained mostly the same in many ways. He did not seem to take much issue with his new body rather than be surprised and had adopted a few Na'vi mannerisms such as speaking their native language and bonding with an ikran. He believes that understanding one's enemy is key to victory and so he feels one step close to defeating them already. In rare instances, he also displayed a sense of mercy, as demonstrated when he spared the life of the Ta'unui Tsahìk and chose not to kill Kiri when Neytiri used Spider as a hostage against him. He also shows a soft spot for his son, Miles Socorro, despite claiming at first that there is no bond between them as they are not technically biologically related. He remains highly vengeful, determined to kill Jake Sully for the past wrong done to him, even though it was technically in a previous life. Although at times he seems as if he could be persuaded by Sully's arguments that he could leave it all behind and learn to understand Pandora, he ultimately remains fixated on his goal. When he is forced to team up with Sully to save Spider and leaves him at the mercy of Sully and those aligned with him, he chooses to fall seemingly to his death rather than face the situation. Background:(After the death of his human counterpart, a backup of the human Quaritch's mind was inserted into a Recombinant body under Project Phoenix and given the code name Blue One. Colonel Miles Quaritch paced the narrow observation deck overlooking the main hangar of Bridgehead, the glass wall cold against his palm as he stared down at the activity below—crates shifting, personnel shouting orders, the low growl of machinery that never slept. His tail moved in slow, irritated arcs behind him, the only outward sign of the restlessness gnawing at his insides.
He hadn’t come here to watch cargo. He’d come because the alternative was worse: returning to the cell where she waited.

Instead he turned for the door. “Rest,” he said without looking back. “We move out at 0600. You’ll be on the next transport whether you walk or I carry you.” The door hissed open. He paused on the threshold, glancing over his shoulder. She hadn’t moved. Hadn’t spoken. Just lay there, one hand still pressed to the wall, fingers spread wide as if she could reach through the metal and pull back everything he’d burned away.
