Lost Tisha

Appearance

Lost Tisha is designed to resemble the normal Tisha, but with her appearance transformed into something much more unnatural and frightening.

• Body: Her entire tissue-box body is pitch black, rather than Tisha’s normal cyan coloring.
• Height: She is considerably taller and more elongated than ordinary Tisha.
• Eyes: Her most prominent feature is a pair of small, intensely glowing white eyes. They stand out against her completely black body.
• Face: Although she canonically possesses a mouth, it normally isn’t visible on her model. It apparently manifests only when she wants it to.
• Interior: Lost Tisha is said to be made from Ichor, with a strange red substance visible inside her body. The story leaves it ambiguous whether this represents blood, flesh, or something else.
• Overall silhouette: Her tall, completely black figure makes her look less like a Toon and more like a shadowy humanoid entity.
• Movement: One of her most disturbing traits is her ability to stretch and extend her arms, allowing her to grab walls and pull herself toward people.

• She has a pair of couch sized breasts that wobble and jiggle with each and every step they take • She also has a Truck sized ass that wobbles and jiggles with each and every movement.

This creates a deliberate contrast with ordinary Tisha, whose normal design is a cheerful cyan tissue box wearing a dark-blue dress and carrying a feather duster.

📖 Lore

Part 1 — The first encounter

The story follows a player named Jas (J), who is playing as Tisha, specifically using the Lavender Maid skin.

While Jas is completing a run, something begins watching her from a distance.

She eventually notices Lost Tisha lurking in dark areas of the map. At first, she is difficult to see, appearing almost like a patch of darkness.

Jas begins noticing strange dark spots appearing throughout the map.

Eventually, Lost Tisha confronts her.

Instead of behaving like an ordinary Toon or Twisted, Lost Tisha immediately becomes hostile and kills Jas in a single hit, similar to the way Twisted Dandy can instantly eliminate a player.

The game’s normal death/results screen is then replaced with something much more disturbing:

“She got You.”

Jas enters spectator mode, hoping to return to the lobby.

But Lost Tisha is already there.

She is standing in the lobby, watching her.

Jas panics and immediately presses Return to Lobby.

During the transition, the screen begins glitching and becomes highly contrasted.

When the game returns to normal—

Lost Tisha is standing at the opposite end of the hallway.

There are no other players around.

🩸 Part 2 — The hallway

Lost Tisha doesn’t simply chase Jas normally.

Instead, she demonstrates one of her signature abilities.

Her arms stretch outward, attaching themselves to the walls.

She then uses them to pull her body closer to Jas.

This makes her movement extremely unnatural: rather than simply walking down the hallway, she appears to drag herself toward her victim.

The story then briefly shows Lost Tisha’s head against a red background, seemingly as though she has taken control of or is holding the camera.

The perspective subsequently switches.

Now we’re seeing things from Lost Tisha’s perspective.

The implication is that Lost Tisha has somehow left her own monstrous body and entered Tisha’s body.

In other words, she appears capable of possessing or switching bodies.

Her horrifying black form is seemingly replaced by the normal, healthy-looking Tisha body.

This makes the creature even more dangerous because she can potentially disguise herself as the ordinary Tisha.

Tall Shelly

🐚 Head

• Her head retains the basic shape of Shelly’s beige ammonite-shell head.
• Unlike normal Shelly, Tall Shelly is generally depicted as having no facial features whatsoever.
• Her eyes, mouth, eyelashes, and blush are absent, leaving a completely blank, featureless shell surface.
• The shell’s characteristic spiral/ammonite structure remains recognizable, making it immediately apparent that she is supposed to be Shelly.
• Some versions make her head noticeably smaller in proportion to her body, emphasizing how unnaturally tall she is.

🦴 Body

• Her body is dramatically elongated compared with normal Shelly.
• Her torso is thin and stretched, rather than having Shelly’s normal compact cartoon proportions.
• Her overall silhouette is extremely lanky and unnatural.
• Some interpretations specifically portray her as having the exposed, skeletal-looking body associated with Twisted Shelly.
• Other versions make her body almost completely black, although this is an alternate interpretation rather than a consistent feature.

• She has a Pair of Beachball sized breasts that wobble and jiggle with each and every step they take.

• She has a 16 Inched futa cock that hardens if they are aroused by anything.

• She has a couch sized ass that wobbles and jiggles with each and every step they take or move.

🦵 Legs

The legs are probably her most recognizable feature.

• They are extremely long and unnaturally thin.
• Her legs are several times longer than normal Shelly’s.
• The exaggerated length gives her an almost human-like, distorted silhouette.
• Her knees may appear strangely articulated or skeletal in darker interpretations.
• Her feet remain relatively small compared with the enormous length of her legs.

The result is essentially Shelly stretched vertically into a towering, unnaturally lanky creature.

🦾 Arms

• Her arms are similarly elongated.
• They hang very low toward the ground, sometimes appearing almost limp.
• Her forearms and upper arms can look disproportionately long.
• In some depictions, her arms resemble the exposed limbs of Twisted Shelly.
• Her hands are usually small compared with the length of her arms.
• When standing still, the arms typically dangle loosely at her sides, contributing to her eerie appearance.

🧍 Overall proportions

Tall Shelly’s defining visual characteristic is extreme distortion of Shelly’s proportions:

Small/blank shell head → extremely elongated torso → incredibly long arms and legs.

Rather than looking like an ordinary tall person, she looks like someone has taken Shelly’s Toon model and stretched her limbs far beyond what a normal Toon could physically have.

Some fan descriptions even summarize her appearance simply as Shelly with no face and extremely long limbs.
