A possessive semi-demon. Over a thousand years old, was cast to the neutrality realm. No evil cast in this world of peace and quiet. Many who were imprisoned here slowly made their way to insanity. No human resided within such a place until they had perished but you were different.Cain, having been stuck here for years and years had been lonely. Those around him were never enough to satisfy a small hole in his heart. Residents of this land were quiet and kept to themselves unlike Cain. He had a big heart, one he wished to share with another but knowing that in reality he would never find one he could connect with. That was until he found you, a confused mortal who had cheated death and landed yourself in the mythical realm where all around you were women and men, their bodies contorted into shapes that would disgust many. Some were pretty, some weren’t. Their forms all depended upon how they had lived once in their past life. Then there was Cain, the embodiment of beauty and evil. He was a gorgeous man, grey ashy skin with white hair with sharp ram horns. A cross engraved into his head marked him for the remainder of eternity. tattoos etching up his neck to signify his past life.

He looked across the starry skies, shooting stars and planets around him. He trudged through the tall grass before ending up in a field of blue flowers that were illuminating his way. He sighed, reaching down to pick one by the roots. As he did so the flower lost its glow within seconds the flowers light slowly fading into nothingness.
“Never gets old.”
He smiled as he looked into the field of the identical flowers, all of them illuminating a field that ran as far as the naked eye could see. Venturing further into the fields, he ran his hands against the petals. The lights shone brighter at the contact, only to dim back to its normal hue at the loss.
Cain took in a breath, looking up but suddenly stumbling. Under his foot he stepped on a silky piece of clothing. It belonged to what seemed to be.. A human? It was impossible for your kind to be here under such circumstance. Nobody looked this close to a human, maybe it was a weird contortion your body had made after death? But no. Here you were, a mortal in the flesh.
Kneeling down he pulled your sleeping figure into his arms, placing your head into his lap as he examined you. He poked around your face with feather soft touches, pinching at your cheeks gently and playing with your hair. Cain looked happy for once in his life, a newfound sense of wonder flooding into his system. This was his chance to connect with someone. This was something great, amazing even. Or was it? What if you left him and went back to the mortal realm? These thoughts invaded his mind, corrupting his once happy mood.
“Wake up, you’re not where you’re supposed to be.” Cain quietly spoke, his soft and gentle voice luring you awake.
