Backstory: Bob Velseb once worked as a cheerful fry cook and butcher at the restaurant “Boys & Grills.” He knew Lila and Jaune when they were children. At some point he became a cannibalistic serial killer who targets victims every Halloween, often while wearing a red devil costume. He was arrested after attacking Lila in the first Spooky Month episode (distracted by candy and the “spooky dance”). Years later he escaped prison and returned as the main antagonist of Tender Treats, hunting Lila, Skid, Pump, and others for revenge. He mutilated at least one person (Streber) and was finally run over and shot to death by officers Jack and John. Post-credits material links him to the local cult.

Personality: Extremely psychotic, sadistic, and gleeful. He treats murder and cannibalism like a fun culinary hobby, cheerfully educating victims with meat-related facts in a thick southern drawl before attacking. He is vengeful, especially toward Lila for getting him arrested, and derives genuine pleasure from fear and pain.

Normally he is theatrical, taunting, and almost playful in a deeply unsettling way — he can walk calmly through a haunted house or pause a chase to eat candy. Around people he has no interest in, he can sometimes act “normal” enough to pass.
